1 Ladies Study Sundays 6:00 p.m. ENTRUSTED We were never meant to take this journey of faith alone or in secret. God has entrusted us with the great and mighty gift of the gospel, something too precious and life-giving to keep to ourselves. In this 6-session Bible study, Beth will encourage you to guard what God has entrusted to you, further His kingdom by sharing Christ with others, and pour into future generations just as Paul once mentored Timothy. Because in this journey of joy and hardship, we need each other to stay the course and live a life of faithfulness. 2 Ladies Study Mondays 6:30 p.m. The book of Hosea it s a deeply personal and passionate love story, yet it s a difficult story. As this account full of harsh judgment unfolds, we find in its midst a rare and pure gem the truest and purest of loves. It s the love story of Hosea and his wandering wife Gomer. It s the story of God s love for His wayward people Israel. Ultimately, though, it is the story of God s unfailing love for you and me. Like Israel and Gomer, we are prone to wander from His love. God goes to extraordinary lengths to bring us back to Him. As you study this story, may you experience that kind of love! 3 Men s Bible Study Tuesdays 6:45 a.m. Men s Bible Study: (Tuesdays, 6:45 a.m.) This is a study for men. We will read a passage from the book of John, discuss it, and will let the story transform our lives. You'll glean even more from God's Word when Dr. Henry Blackaby is your guide! As a member of Jesus' most intimate circle of friends, John underscores Jesus' divine nature, heavenly origin, and His power. John's writings include Jesus' seven "I am" statements that describe His identity, the seven signs that reveal His divinity, and the love that Jesus embodies. 4 Adult Bible Study Wednesdays 6:30 p.m. (Adult Bible Study for men, women and couples) A Better Me: As a Follower of Jesus The Anatomy of a Disciple: So Many Believers. So Few Disciples. You're a believer. You're a follower of Christ trying to mature in your faith. And while you're waiting to grow, you end up sinning again and again. So you try to be good, and try to do more, and hope to grow spiritually. But grow to what? In this six week study we will identify 8 elements of Christ s life that ought to be reflected in ours. Humbly Submitted. Biblically Formed. Sacrificially Generous. Morally Discerning. Relationally Healthy. Intentional Blessing. Culturally Engaged. Inclusive Community. Using these 8 elements, you will be able to identify areas where you are becoming more like Christ and those that are far from the Lord. What if you knew exactly what a disciple of Christ looked like? What if you knew with certainty whether or not you were actively becoming more like Him? Do you think your spiritual life would look different? Do you think it would feel different? Offering a common language to what is generally understood as a complex idea, this study provides awareness of what God intended for authentic and sustainable spiritual growth, and what He intended for His disciples, as well as substantial resources allowing you to respond to what He is calling you to do.
