2 The Vision of Creekside Christian Church Phase 1 If we stay true to Jesus promise that believing in Him will produce a flood of His peace and hope (John 7:3-38), God will do great things through Creekside. He gave us this property and He gave us the vision to reach to 80,000 people moving into our area. This is where renewal and revival of life happens. Our community is growing at the unprecedented rate of over 20 percent every four years, and by the year 2020, there will be more than 80,000 people within five miles of us! Or to put it succinctly from God s perspective there are 80,000 souls God wants Creekside to reach. Time and time again, the people of this congregation have answered God s call and have taken bold steps of faith to meet the Spiritual needs of our growing community. The 80,000 Reasons Initiative is a continuation of the faith that pleases God when His people purpose to glorify Him. In this booklet you will see a beautiful, state-of-the-art Worship Center, that will help us communicate the gospel more effectively. You will also see master plan designs that show the full scope of what we know God can accomplish through His committed people. I appreciate what God has entrusted to Creekside, and I look forward to our partnership as we fulfill our Godly mission. 3 What s the Plan? WORSHIP CENTER (THE OASIS) Our desire is to build a multi-functional Worship Center that will allow us to communicate the gospel most effectively to 750 people per service. This will enable chairs to stay up after services because set up and take down will only be necessary for occasional banquet and training venues. This Worship Center is designed with the ability to transform in the future to a community outreach center, bookstore and lobby with food court whenever a second phase 1,500 seat Worship Center is added. CHILDREN S CLASSROOMS (BIBLE PLAYLAND) Our desire is to move our kids 5th grade and younger into the new secure Phase 1 building. There will be spacious classrooms and state-of-the-art check-in stations. There will be an Indoor Bible Playland so that kids can learn Bible stories in an experiential environment. We will also have a playroom for special needs children. PARKING WITH A COVERED DROP-OFF INITIATIVE You have likely noticed that parking has been a struggle. New patterns for traffic and many more parking spots are being added in this next phase with a covered dropoff entrance. We will also purchase two attractive signs for our entrances. REMODEL CURRENT BUILDING (THE WELLSPRING) We want our current building to be a place that is perfect for creative ministries targeting younger generations and will include a coffee shop and bolder venues focused towards youth and adult groups.

4 The Worship Center Initiative Technology to help us minister relative to the culture including state of the art lighting, screens, projectors, and sound for an enhanced worship experience. Baptistery with changing rooms that can be transformed into a fountain in future phasing. Worship offices where the worship experience comes to life. Our commitment to the Word of God, missions and, evangelism must be renewed as we expand our vision and share our FAITH and HOPE in God with the coming generations. This initiative is much deeper than a financial commitment. It is a commitment that each individual must make to seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness. Matthew 6:33 Fear God and give glory to Him and worship Him who made heaven and earth, the sea and springs of water. Revelation 14:7 (NKJV) Sing to the Lord, all the earth; proclaim his salvation day after day. Declare his glory among the nations, his marvelous deeds among all peoples. For great is the Lord and most worthy of praise;he is to be feared above all gods. 1 Chronicles 16:23-25

5 The Children s Area (Bible Playland) From the very beginning, Creekside has been striving to provide excellence in Christian education, especially in the teaching and training of our children. With convenience, safety, and security in mind, we are situating our preschool kids as close to the Worship Center as possible. The 10 foot wide hallways, large receiving and check-in area, and attached Bible Playland area will allow for easy and secure parent drop off of kids in the children s area. This easy, secure, and convenient system ensures a great experience in placing children so parents can enjoy a meaningful and relaxed worship time. He who has mercy on them will lead them, even by the springs of water He will guide them. Isaiah 49:10 (NKJV)

6 What else... Continuing the Vision Our expectancy is to see Jesus move in the hearts and generosity of His people to provide Springs of Spiritual resources to thirsty, and desperately searching souls. Reaching one to one in relationships in weekly on campus ministries as a connecting point will be a priority. THE OASIS It will happen in the larger lobby atmospheres. People will relate one person at a time in a kids Bible Playland atmosphere. Our Worship area will be larger, tech savvy, but also designed for intimate relationship with God. Parking ease will set-up open minds for the good news. Our new Worship Offices will provide for more creativity in exalting our God. Our Help Center behind the new building, will provide for meeting needs of people who are hurting, and provide much needed storage. A Catering Room on the side of the Worship Center will allow an impact setting for seminars. THE WELLSPRING Our hope is that we will have enough resources to renovate the current building into The Wellspring. People will come get Spiritual, mental, emotional, physical and relational wellness through student, sports and coffee settings, bookstore and seminar settings. All of this will combine to be a Spiritual Oasis for the 80,000 who most need Jesus. Let this 80,000 Reasons Initiative be a time of personal growth as we take on this challenge. As we build relationships one on one with God and others, may we be faithful as a body to pray together, join together, work together, dream together, build together, worship together, learn together, love sharing together and together advance the Kingdom of God. This is about reaching people with the Gospel of Christ, emptying Hell, and populating Heaven with people. You shall be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water whose waters do not fail. 7 What is the Bottom Line? Please begin praying now about your financial investment in this incredible journey of faith! On the weekends of March 1st and 4th, we will each bring our faith commitment cards to regular services. Our first fruits offerings will be on March 8th and 11th, and we will announce the total on March 25th and 29th. 8 Ways to Give The 80,000 Reasons Initiative is our three-year financial giving plan designed to position us for expanded ministry opportunities now and in the future. HOW DO I RESPOND? Seek God in prayer specifically asking Him to guide you in how to support the 80,000 Reasons Initiative. Ask God to reveal His will regarding your three-year commitment to His plan above and beyond your generous regular tithe. Be obedient to God when he guides you to a place where you can cheerfully support and give. Three year pledges will be made in March. HOW TO GIVE? Give online at creeksidechristian.com or with our mobile app, be sure to check building campaign box. Designate an amount on your check. On the memo line write 80,000 Reasons Initiative then place your check in the offering plate or one of the white boxes located at the back of the Worship Center. Give cash. Place your cash in an offering envelope and write the amount designated to the 80,000 Reasons Initiative on the front. Give creatively. People have given stocks, bonds, property, and other assets in the past to move our vision forward.
