1 Prayer letter! Winter 2012 This year has been another wonderful year in the ministry of Hope for Youth. We continue to be astounded as to how the Lord continues to give us so many opportunities to preach His Word to the children. The Lord continues to meet our every need physically, financially and spiritually. We as a couple are so blessed in every possible way. If you have been a part our lives or ministry in any way at all, we wish for you to know and enjoy the blessing of God the way we both do. For he that is mighty hath done to me great things; and holy is his name. Luke 1:49 OUR FIRST MINISTRY BANQUET For the first time we hosted a ministry banquet and it was a resounding success in Larchfield estate, Hillsborough. Over 200 friends and supporters joined us for the evening for a superb meal and a wonderful night of fellowship. 2 25 TEAMS TO POLAND We have now taken 25 teams to Poland to do camps for the children. Our 25th team in October had 55 volunteers. Next year we are planning a further 5 trips with two being winter camps in February. These trips provide opportunities for young and old alike to serve God in a team that has the same common goal, common interest and a united stand in serving Christ. Our book stepping stones is in the process of DATE 10th-17th February 17th-24th February 19th August-1st September 3rd-6th October being translated and printed in Polish, a great resource to give to the children, many of whom have professed faith in Christ. We are under taking the financial responsibility of this opportunity so it can be given freely to the children. Unreal, amazing experience, seeing the power of God working through the camp was incredible. Amazing team! Everyone was focused on the sole purpose and our getting up at 5am and 6am paid off, wish it could be longer, can t wait until the next time. I enjoyed being able to witness to the children and will remember them in prayer. It was scary to see whole families living in one room. It has made me appreciate life and brought me closer to God, I loved my time here and hope God will lead me back again. We continue to be amazed and encouraged as we meet many children who tell us they got saved, 3, 4 years ago and have never forgotten, who still love the Lord and still following Him.
