6 page 6 Library Recommendations Jimmy Carter's new book, Faith, a Journey for All, is a worthy (and quick) read. If our library copy is checked out, be sure to check the Ames Public Library. The book and movie, "I Can Only Imagine," (currently playing in Ames theaters) inspire us all to keep studying and worshipping together as God truly is at work in the world today! The April issue of Gather magazine is also available at the Welcome Center. You may think you know the story of the Prodigal Son forward and backward, but read the April Gather and GROW! Reserve a book if it is already checked out, and we will call you when it is available. National Youth Gathering Planning If you have signed up to go to the ELCA National Youth Gathering in Houston this summer, attend these meetings on Sundays from 6:30-8:00 pm in Room #208: May 20; June 10. a Progressive Dinner Tickets A limited number of tickets are available at $15/person for this special evening, which is the last fundraiser for the Houston Youth Gathering trip this summer. The 3-course dinner will begin at 6:30 pm in the Commons, and diners will change seats after each course. Just look at this lovely menu!...
