I believe in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, and born of the virgin Mary. He suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried; he descended into the grave. The third day he rose again from the dead. He ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of God the Father Almighty. From there he will come to judge the living and the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy worldwide church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and the life everlasting. Amen.

6 CELEBRATION OF THE LORD S SUPPER The communion bread is gluten-free. We serve wine during communion. If you prefer grape juice, please take a purple cup at the center of the tray. We come forward for communion. This meal is open to every shepherded sheep of Jesus Christ; that is, to every communing member in good standing of any Bible-believing church. Please allow the outer seating sections to be served first and then the two center sections will be served. After you receive the elements, you can either take them immediately, or return to your seat to pray, confess, and meditate, taking the elements when you are ready. Feel free to sing along as the musicians lead us, or to silently commune with the Lord. CONFESSION AND ASSURANCE based on Isaiah 55:1-3, 6-7 LEADER PEOPLE LEADER Come, everyone who thirsts, come to the waters; and he who has no money, come, buy and eat! Come, buy wine and milk without money and without price. Compassionate God, we confess that so often we spend money for that which is not bread, and we labor for that which does not satisfy. You call us, but we do not listen. You invite us to life, but we exchange your good gifts for imitations. Help us to delight ourselves in your rich food, that our souls may live, because of your everlasting covenant and steadfast, sure love. Seek the LORD while he may be found; call upon him while he is near. 10 TRINITY UPCOMING EVENTS SUNDAY, MARCH 5, 2017 BIO FOR RICK & PAM BOX: Please welcome our missionary partner Rick Box, who is visiting today. Rick and Pam Box have served as missionaries with Mission to the World for over 25 years in Latin America. Rick served as a church planter and Colombian country director in Bogota, Colombia, South America for ten years. In 2001, Rick left Colombia to serve as the MTW Mexico country director until Pam and Rick then returned to Colombia where Rick continued the ministry of church planting, pastoral training, and presbytery development. Pam and Rick have now been assigned to work with MTW and Third Mill Ministries in the area of theological education and leadership training in Latin America. ADULT SUNDAY SCHOOL: On March 12, Brett Lemke and Andrew Simmons will begin a new Adult Class entitled, "Salvation: Start to Finish" at 9:15 am in room 230. The purpose of this course is to help people grow in love, obedience, and worship to God by looking deeply at what he has done in Christ by the power of the Spirit to bring about the salvation of the world. The Exodus Class, taught by Scott McNeill and Steve LeBlanc, will continue its study of Exodus (Chapters 20-40) at 9:15 am in room 130. Please join us for fellowship over coffee and bagels starting at 9 am prior to classes. MAKING NEW DISCIPLES SEMINAR: Join us on Saturday, March 18, for a half-day seminar (9:00 am Noon with continental breakfast at 8:30 am) in room 230 led by Pastor Mike Rasmussen which is based on the idea that the local church is the fulfillment of the Old Testament temple, and that we are Christ s priests where we live, work and play. The core of the seminar teaches you how to use the book Basic Christianity by John Stott, to lead seeker bible studies with your friends. ELDER-LED PRAYER: Paul calls us in 1 Thessalonians 5:17 to pray without ceasing or another way we might say it is to busy ourselves in prayer.
