2 Now the first day of the week Mary Magdalene went to the tomb early, while it was still dark, and saw that the stone had been taken away from the tomb. Then she ran and came to Simon Peter, and to the other disciple, [John], whom Jesus loved, and said to them, They have taken away the Lord out of the tomb, and we do not know where they have laid Him. Peter therefore went out, and the other disciple [John], and were going to the tomb. So they both ran together, and the other disciple outran Peter and came to the tomb first. And he, stooping down and looking in, saw the linen cloths lying there; yet he did not go in. Then Simon Peter came, following him, and went into the tomb; and he saw the linen cloths lying there, and the handkerchief that had been around His head, not lying with the linen cloths, but folded together in a place by itself. Then the other disciple [John}, who came to the tomb first, went in also; and he saw and believed. For as yet they did not know the Scripture, that He must rise again from the dead. Then the disciples went away again to their own homes. John 20:1-10 The Shroud of Turin has endured every examination known to modern science including visible and ultraviolet spectrometry, infrared spectrometry, x-ray fluorescence spectrometry, thermography, pyrolysis-mass-spectrometry, laser microprobe Raman analyses, and micro chemical testing. Its bloodstains, from wounds uniquely consistent with those suffered by Jesus of Nazareth, are composed of hemoglobin and test positive for serum albumin. To date, no testing of any kind has proven that The Shroud of Turin is not the authentic burial cloth that wrapped Jesus Christ in His tomb. Yet, despite the overwhelming evidence of its authenticity, the Shroud of Turin remains the most controversial and emotional ambiguity in the history of the world. The image on the Shroud has been approved by the Roman Catholic Church as part of the devotion to the Holy Face of Jesus. Thank you for considering our unique Holy Face of Jesus Collection. 3 Introducing the Holy Face of Jesus Collection # LS314: Life Size 3x All photos and products in our Collection were created from our extremely rare, original photo of the Shroud of Turin, (one of only a few that still exist in the world), taken by Secondo Pia on May 28, 1898 during the Shroud Exposition that year. As a result, the first generation images on all our reproductions and sublimations are crystal clear. Photos of the Shroud make extraordinary gifts to individuals who feel a very special closeness to all it represents and are awestruck with the history of the world s most incredible ambiguity. It makes a unique gift to your Church or spiritual leader, who is certain to display it to the community. As shown below left, the Gallery Wrap makes a beautiful and spiritual statement in any home or place of worship. The Shroud is woven from fine linen and measures 14 feet by 3 feet. It contains faint front and back images of a man whose crucifixion wounds are uniquely consistent with those of Jesus of Nazareth Hidden, sought after for centuries, and treasured throughout the darkness of the ages, today the full Shroud of Turin is easily accessible to you. Pin & Pendants $24.95, 25.95, # P16, #P18 # PP The Holy Face of Jesus Pendant Pin & Necklace proudly take their place among the myriad of pins, crosses and crucifixes symbolizing Jesus sacrifice, his death by Crucifixion, and the redemption of mankind He brought about in the world. To be worn as a principal symbol of faith in Christianity, our pendants are 40x30x3mm and are neatly placed in a lovely black velvet pouch. The necklaces come with 16 or 18 inch sterling silver chains in silver, copper and bronze metal trays. The image has been sublimated onto porcelain and uniquely reveals the face of Jesus in breathtaking clarity on all of our products Believed by millions to be the actual burial cloth of Jesus, the image on the Shroud of Turin has survived virtually every test of modern science to determine its origin and authenticity. The image has been approved by the Roman Catholic Church as part of the devotion to the Holy Face of Jesus. It is therefore our assertion that while other such symbols faithfully and artfully interpret the face of Christ, this is the face of Christ, and ours is the only pendant pin and necklace you ll find it on! Coffee Mugs # M11 $10.95 each Traditionally, most early risers begin their day with a cup of coffee. People of faith traditionally begin their day with Jesus. Now, you can do both. Pour 11 ounces of your favorite brew into our new porcelain coffee mugs adorned by the face of Jesus from the Shroud of Turin. No matter which hand you favor, our left and right hand images will face you as you face the day, making this the one coffee mug you won t want to put back in the cupboard.
5 Shroud of Turin Magnet # MAG (3½x2) Only $1.95 each Since 1578, the Shroud has been housed in a silver casket in the Cathedral of St. John the Baptist in Turin, Italy. In 1898, the first photos were taken by Secondo Pia at the Shroud of Turin Exhibition that year. For the first time ever, details that are indistinguishable to the naked eye were suddenly revealed as shown in the negative image here Now you can bless the family s meal before it s served with a Holy Face of Jesus Magnet on your refrigerator. This is an exact, first generation replication of the Face of Jesus from the Shroud of Turin, and sticks to any magnet friendly surface a great and unique stocking stuffer! An illustrated t-shirt uniquely makes a statement about something its wearer feels particularly strong about, boldly proclaiming that message to all who pass by. Our Shroud t-shirts send a much needed message on a higher plane than today s conventional t-shirt images and slogans. What could be more inspiring to those who have strayed from the path and forgotten the sacrifice on the Cross, than to be vividly reminded that Jesus lives, and while they may have turned away from Him He has not nor will He ever, turn away from them
