In Jesus all things were created, in heaven and on earth, things visible and invisible. All things were created through Jesus. All were created for Jesus. Jesus is before all else that is. In Him all things hold together. Jesus is the head of the body, the church. Jesus is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, that in everything, He might be above all others. In Jesus all the fullness of God was pleased to dwell, and through Him, to reconcile all things to God, whether on earth or in heaven, making peace by the blood of His Cross. Jesus is the image of the invisible Divine.
