Thank you parents, priests, and catechists for your participation in preparing these children for this sacrament. Grade level registration in faith formation classes is required. Readiness is based upon how one is involved in their faith journey, by celebrating Liturgy on a regular basis and participating in other opportunities Parent meetings are scheduled through out the year. 6 2016 VBS Registration (campers & volunteers) & Faith Formation Registration For Tiny Tims through Grade 8 begins in the Courtyard April 30 & May 1 after all Masses. Register EARLY and relax during the summer! Stop by & pick up a registration packet! We look forward to seeing you! The Faith Formation TEAM 949/ Children ages 3 (by September 1) through Kindergarten are invited to join us as we grow in faith. Tiny Tims is offered during the 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. Liturgies on most Sundays. Children learn about God s love for them through gospel readings, prayer, music, sharing and crafts. This program is supported by Catholic curriculum. Tiny Tims runs from September through June. *Registration required $130 before 7/31 $150 after 7/31 R.O.C.K. Rock on Catholic Kids (Grade 6) Pre-teens are introduced to the Word of God with a special emphasis on Sunday s Gospel through activities, games, music and group discussion. They learn about Bible history, how the Bible is structured, and about the meaning of God s Word in their daily lives. ROCK the Bible is held three times each month on Tuesday from 5:45 to 7:00 p.m. October through May. *Registration required $100 before 7/31 $120 after 7/31 Elementary (Grades 1 through 5) Grades 1 through 5, explore our faith with grade-appropriate Catholic curriculum including breaking open the Word of God at each session, activities based on the Liturgical year, and social justice. Classes are held the first, second, and third weeks of the month. The program runs October through May. *Registration required $100 before 7/31 $120 after 7/31 C.L.U.B. 7-8 Christ Loves Unique Believers (Grades 7 & 8) Youth meet twice each month on Friday from 6:30-8:00 p.m. We celebrate the sacredness of everyday life. We gather in small groups as well as participate in large group activities. We practice our faith! The program runs October through May. Events are offered several times throughout the year for fellowship and service. *Registration required $100 before 7/31 $120 after 7/31 Children with Special Needs St. Timothy Faith Formation is inclusive and dedicated to helping each child recognize their individual faith potential, regardless of learning style or physical challenges. Reconciliation and First Eucharist for Children After Baptism, we continue our journey in the Catholic faith by celebrating the Sacraments of Reconciliation and Holy Eucharist. Preparation for these Sacraments has a requirement of at least three years. Primary age sacrament preparation is taught in addition to regular faith formation instruction in the classroom. Children are involved in a process requiring enrollment in a Faith Formation program or Catholic school. Parents become involved at home with user-friendly Reconciliation and Eucharist preparation materials. Occasional parent sessions and family gatherings are required as well as a half-day retreat for both youth and parents before First Eucharist. *Additional Registration fee required $25 - First Reconciliation $45 - First Eucharist
