On "Lord, I have cried:", 10 stichera: 7 Resurrection Stichera and 3 of the Saint of the day, or 4 and 6 if the Saint is Feasted. Gaining the victory over hades, / Thou didst ascend the Cross / that Thou mightest raise up with Thyself them that sit in the darkness of death; / O Christ Who art free among the dead, / O Almighty Saviour, Who pourest forth light from Thy light, / have mercy upon us. As a bidden slave, death approached Thee with fear and trembling, for Thou, O Sovereign Lord of life, hast granted unto us eternal life and resurrection. Refrain: Most holy Theotokos save us.
