8 About Religion The original religion of Mongolia is Shamanism, which originated during primitive ages when people had no resources to cope with natural disasters. Today 60% of the population believe in Buddhism. Since the 16th century, Mongolians have followed the Gelukpa tradition of Tibetian Buddhism. The Mongolian perceptions, psychology, traditions, thinking and world outlook were enriched by the Buddhist philosophy and world view. The Meditation is basic value of the Buddhism and Buddhist monks presented as like sacred chant. Islam is practiced by the Kazakhs, a minority group living in the western part of Mongolia. Christianity also spread since There is no conflict between the different religious groups, due to Mongolian peaceful character and respect for other s beliefs and opinions.

Visit Khamariin Monastery and meet with Head of Monastery. «Luijin» Buddhist powerful and sacred chant (resource of the energy). 13:00 Lunch. 14:00 Visit Shambhala (mythical kingdom) and meditating caves. Meditate in Shambhala & meditating caves, where the powerful monks were meditated their secret mantra. /local proffessinal master will explain the meditating technique/ Visit Khan Bayanzurkh mointain which will make your wish come true.

11 Healing tour schedule: 4 th Day 8:00 Transfer to Burdene sand dune and meditate on the sand dune by feeling nature. 12:30 Lunch at the sand dune. After lunch explore ancient «Sorogjid Turkhenlin» temple ruins where were the high level meditation spot of Buddhist Monks. 19:30 Dinner at Camp.

12 Healing tour schedule: 5 th Day Morning Meditation. Will continue the discover the Shambhala (Mythical Kingdom) and meditating at caves. At lunch you will try ancient meditating food (wheat flour with butter) which were main food of meditation period in the meditating caves. Dinner at Camp.

Visit the Danzanravjaa s museum. After dinner, Transfer to Sainshand station and take a Transsibirian night train to Ulaanbaatar.

15 Healing tour schedule: 8 th Day Transfer to Kharhorin, 13 th century s Capital of Great Mongolian Empire. Sightseeing the Orkhon Valley and Great Empire s Monument.

17 Healing tour schedule: 9 th Day Sightseeing the Kharhorin museum, Erdene Zuu Monastery and Turtle Rock. Transfer to Tsenher Hot Spa, which locates in a beautiful forested mountain valley. The C hot spring water is supposed to have curative properties. Enjoy Natural Outdoor Hot Spa bath and ease your trip fatigue.

19 Healing tour schedule: 11 th Day Transfer to Ugii lake. This lake and surrounding plateau are wonderful area for fishing, boating, hiking, bird watching and riding. On the way you will sightseeing the museum of Bilge khaan and Kultegin, which has dedicated to Turkish khans who ruled Mongolia between 6 th -8 th centuries.

20 In all camps will be placed in GERS Ger-Home The Ger is the traditional transportable home of the nomads. The Ger has been perfectly adapted over centuries to help Mongolians survive comfortably in the frigid cold of up to 60F below zero. It is warm, windproof and can be set up or taken down in an hour. Travelers to Mongolia will have the opportunity to sleep in traditional gers while staying at ger camps. Ger camps offer an authentic experience of Mongolian culture and provide the unique opportunity to visit areas which otherwise lack traveler accommodations.

22 Healing tour schedule: 13 th Day 10:00 City tour: National Museum and Zanabazar fine art Museum. Last Shopping at State Department Store and final shopping at Cashmere items. Friendly dinner with Tour Staff.

23 Departure 14th day Transfer to the airport. Ulaanbaatar to Frankfurt.
