We will have an opportunity to stretch our legs on a 3 4 hour hike. Nagarkot (5,905 feet) is a hill station situated east of the Kathmandu valley. 2 Thursday October 11, 2018 Nagarkot to Kathmandu Leisurely breakfast at Club Himalaya. Following a short drive, we will visit BHAKTAPUR DURBAR a Unesco World Heritage Site. Popular for its religious, culture and historical heritage, Bhaktapur is also known as Bhadgaun. This city, rich in ancient arts, religious values, fabulous cultural traditions, architectural masterpieces and ancient sculptures, is also known as an open museum. Friday October 12, 2018 Kathmandu to Bandipur Early morning departure to Bandipur Enjoy Lunch at the Bandipur Mountain Resort before wandering through the village (a short 10-minute walk) We will then regroup at the Mountain Resort for a group dinner. Bandipur, an ancient Newari mountain town, is a treasure waiting to be discovered by travelers. Situated 7 kilometers above Dumbre Bazaar at an altitude of 1,005 meters, this ancient trading post lies cradled in the saddle of some of the country s most peculiar-shaped hills. Untouched by modernization, and laced with an abundance of ancient houses, temples of great significance, and historical architecture, this medieval-era town boasts of festivals all year around besides offering a plethora of cultures. Tansen is the best and nearest hill station of west Nepal and northern states of India due to its location and climate. Free Afternoon Hotel: Hotel Srinagar, Dinner

Hotel: Hotel Srinagar, Dinner Thursday October 18, 2018 Tansen to Lumbini It was in Lumbini, around the year 563 BC, that one of history s greatest and most revered figures, Siddhartha Gautama better known as the Buddha was born. It s no great surprise to learn that the World Heritage listed Lumbini is of huge religious significance and attracts Buddhist pilgrims from around the world. Hotel: Buddha Maya Garden Hotel Friday October 19, 2018 Lumbini to Chitwan National Park Chitwan National Park located in the lowlands of south-central Nepal is considered the best park in Asia and by far the most popular wildlife sanctuary in the country. Following breakfast and we are off to visit Chitwan National Park. After approximately 3 hours we will arrive at the Island Jungle Resort, where we will be orientated on our 3-day program. - Buffet lunch is ready to serve. - Tharu village tour around 1:30 hrs. - Dinner and enjoy the Bar, Lunch, Dinner Saturday October 20, 2018 Chitwan National Park - Wake up call Refreshment followed by Buffet Breakfast at dining hall - Elephant safari followed by Buffet Lunch - Cannoning ride on Narayani River with sightseeing of Crocodile and Birds. - Tharu culture program which is the famous culture of the Chitwan. - Dinner and enjoy the bar, Lunch, Dinner
