Do you like it there? Do you want it to stay? If so, then go back to What do you want healing for? CONFIRM Frequently: Did I get that right? If they do not want it to stay Does it belong to you? If not Tell it, it needs to go, now. *Usually, they feel it leave! If it does belong to you, and you want it to stay, then begin working towards Serenity Processing Instant Transformation Technique healing prayer or take them into the Throne Room of God / The Courts of Heaven and clear it from there. 3 SERENITY PROCESS A Heart at Peace gives Life to the body... Proverbs 14:30 When a situation upsets you, the upset usually drops in and then manifests itself through your body. Often these emotions were probably seated years earlier. You can tell when each time you are in a similar situation where the same familiar feelings arise. These feelings can be released through meditation and prayer, by releasing them to God. Perceive 1. Perceive in your body that you have an uneasy feeling, one that doesn t readily go away and surfaces when you think about the situation that bothers you. a. Find the feeling. All feelings show up in your body. They may show up as a queasy feeling in your gut, a sharp pain in your chest or racing of your heart, or a constriction of your throat. These feelings are emotions playing out in your body that have not been released or acknowledged. We are going to acknowledge them through the Serenity Process. b. In Jeremiah 33:3, God says, Call to Me and I will answer you, and I will tell you great and mighty things, which you do not know. Darkness must always give way to the light. If you will have the faith to call out and ask Him, you ll find it. Embrace The Emotions 2. Embrace by paying very close attention to the emotions which show up as feelings, and how they are showing up in your body. a. Become curious about the feeling, be willing to go deeper (through prayer and meditation) to observe what it is instead of shunning it or trying to solve it. b. Instead of trying to solve the problems in your mind, you want to give the emotions your full attention or embrace them. c. Philippians 4:6-7 Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Acknowledge God s Presence with What You Are Feeling 3. Sit quietly and Invite God into the feeling you are having. a. Follow the feeling, allow the feeling to be there and trust in it, no matter how strange it is. a. Psalm 23:4 Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me. b. Exodus 33:14 And He said, My presence shall go with you and I will give you rest. 3

4 SERENITY PROCESS Clear the Feeling Through Love 4. Perfect Love Casts Out Fear send the feeling perfect love a.. Peace Process by loving the fear as long as it takes. It won t stay long when you can pay attention to it and send it perfect love. The more present you are with the feeling and allow God to heal it, the feeling can clear out. Stay with it until the feeling is completely gone b. I John 4:18 There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear has torment. He that fears is not made perfect in love. c. You will keep me in perfect peace when my mind is stayed on You, Oh God, because I trust in You. d. 1 John 4:16 So we have come to know and to believe the love that God has for us. God is love, and whoever abides in love abides in God, and God abides in him. Replace Emptiness 5. Replace The Emptiness with Joy and Peace a. Once the feeling has emptied itself out, replace it with something that feels good. Everything is a place-holder, emotions, feelings and energy. Choose the feeling you want to be in the place of the fear. b. Psalm 94:19 When anxiety was great within me, your consolation brought joy to my soul. Ensure its release 6. Poke The Bear Once the feeling is completely gone, go back to the situation, make it the worst it can be and combine it with The Serenity Process until you give up being afraid of it. a. Hebrews 10:36 You need to persevere so that when you have done the will of God, you will receive what he has promised. 4

5 SEILF MUSCLE TESTING Easiest way to learn Muscle Testing - The Sway Method The sway test, suggests that your thoughts and emotions produce a certain response in your nervous system, affecting your motor response (movement of your body). In the mid-1070's, Dr. John Diamondbegan muscle testing the positive and negative effects certain thoughts have on the Thymus Gland, which lies just beneath the upper part of the breastbone in the middle of the chest and is the master controller of our life energy. This is where we hold substances with the Sway Test. If you have trouble standing, this can be done in a chair. As easy as 1-2-3! 1. Stand with your feet no more than shoulder width apart. Either test barefoot or in flat shoes. 2. To make sure your energy is running in a forward direction, which will help ensure an accurate result, tap your thymus gland, which is under your breast bone in your chest about an inch below the notch in your neck where you d tie a tie. Simply tap there for about 30 seconds. You don t need to be perfectly over the spot as the percussion effect of the tapping will do the work. 3. Become still, centered, close your eyes or soften your stare, take a deep breath, release it and let go. 4. State: This is good for my body, or make a statement about the answer you are seeking, or this is true. 5. After a few moments you will become aware of your body either being pulled forward or falling backwards. 5

6 SELF MUSCLE TESTING Muscle Testing Each has an unique energy system just like each has our own fingerprint. Our body resonates with certain vibrations and tenses against others, either stabilizing or stressing our system. There are many ways to self muscle-test or get answers from your subconscious mind to find out what impact something is having on your energy system either positive or negative. Just like plants and trees, your body will naturally be drawn to the positive or the truth, while naturally repel itself away from something that doesn t feel good to it. Muscle Testing - Chain Finger Method Use the fingers forming an okay sign on both hands to test the strength of the index finger and thumb connection on the nondominant hand with the index finger and thumb connection on the dominant hand. intertwine the loops formed by your index finger and thumb on each hand try to maintain the loop in your left hand as you think of a food and pull with the loop in your right hand If you can maintain the index finger and thumb connection in your left hand, then the answer is yes. If you cannot maintain the index finger and thumb connection in your left hand, then the answer is no. The pictures below show the difference between a yes answer and a no answer Muscle Testing - Finger over Finger Method Finger over finger: in this self muscle testing technique you place your middle finger over your index finger. You may switch the fingers if that is more comfortable for you. The finger on the top will be doing the pushing down and the finger on the bottom will be resisting the push. 6

7 MUSCLE TESTING ANOTHER Muscle Testing - on another person Your muscle testing questions are to be centered around the particular feeling, thought or situation at hand that you want an answer to. Once you get an answer to one question, you can ask another one to then see if that also stands true. By asking multiple questions this can help you reach the true answer or root cause of the situation. 1. Stand facing one another. 2. Your partner raises their arm, straight out, directly in front of them or to the side at shoulder height. The arm should be straight. Don't use arms/shoulders that are or has been injured in any way. The arm and shoulder used to test needs to be able to to resist a downward force. 3. The person doing the testing places one hand, or two fingers, above the wrist of the outstretched arm. The other hand of the tester can rest on the shoulder of the subject, or not. Before you push down on the arm make sure your partner is ready to resist. You need to give them time to tighten their arm to resist before you push down. 4. Say "resist" and push down on their arm with your hand or two fingers.try this a couple of times before testing anything. This will help you get a feel for their relative arm strength. 5. Make the statement around the issue the partner is experiencing to determine the source, the true problem and the most optimal route of releasing the physical or emotional pain. 7

8 MUSCLE TESTING TROUBLESHOOTING Muscle Testing - Troubleshooting Kinesiology and muscle monitoring is great for people of all ages and beliefs as there are no spiritual or religious affiliations. A session can be purely structural, that is, only working on the muscles; or more emotional by defining and clearing out emotional stresses; or more spiritual, working with chakras and auras. The session is dependent on the Kinesiologist s skill set and what the client is comfortable working with. Troubleshooting allows us to improve our skillset. Self-Testing: Sometimes we don't get a reaction or are not sure what answer our body is giving us. If you feel you are not getting a true reading, take the following steps: Perform the test again. Take a deep breath and clear your head. Drink water - your energy system may be dehydrated. Program your body to go forward for a positive answer and backward for a negative answer. If your body goes sideways - you can tier tell your body to go forward for a yes answer and backward for a no answer. Or, it could be that your statement is conflicting, restate your statement again, with more clarity. Remember that since the body is electrical, energetic, physical and metabolic, it is always in a state of flux. What is good for us one day may not be as beneficial the next. And we may overload on certain foods or vitamins, creating a toxic, or allergic, reaction to our energy system. Therefore, it is best to test before you ingest at various times. Testing someone else: Do not overpower the person you are testing or push down when they are not ready. Since different people vary in arm strength, you will need to gauge the relative amount of force to use when pushing down each time you test someone new. You want to calibrate or judge the individual's relative arm strength so you can easily tell the difference between a strong or weak response. If your partner's arm is extremely strong, have them hold it down at an angle, so it is not horizontal. This will give you more leverage. To do muscle testing on a child or someone with a very weak arm, use only one finger and lower yourself to their level. Also remember when pushing down when testing someone else, only exert enough force to overcome the arm's resistance. Stop pushing when you feel the arm buckle. Very little force will be needed when your partner tests "weak" on something. 8

9 HEALING HANDS Healing Hands When people have an injury, their first reaction is to place their hands on the injured area. Hands are not just symbolic, they put off energy and frequencies that have the power to heal. 1. Pray for people first; then lay hands on them - most often lay hands after you have been instinctually told to. Acts 28:8 And it happened that the father of Publius was lying in bed afflicted with recurrent fever and dysentery; and Paul went in to see him and after he had prayed, he laid his hands on him and healed him. 2. Hands are often stretched toward someone not near you. They are laid directly on the person you are working with. Be sure not to put your hands on anyone unless you have intuitively been told to, as healing and harmful power can transfer both ways.
