1 Rebirthing & Healing the Childhood Years 3-day Kundalini Yoga Workshop with Dr. Japjeet Rajbir Kaur Khalsa Friday 23 - Sunday 25 March 2017 Pellenberg* (Leuven), Belgium (* 1 hour from Brussels; only 3 hours by train from London!) In this retreat we will make use of the Spring Equinox energy to practice some of the 31 Rebirthing Kriyas that Yogi Bhajan taught over the period of Autumn Winter These rebirthing kriyas mainly work with the breath. Practicing these kriyas helps sort out our sense of self and enables us to locate our originality amid the torrent of emotions and beliefs that we acquire throughout our lives. The aim is to renew ourselves and clear the garbage and imprints of the past through a series of kriyas focussing on different stages of our first and very determining cycle of development: from our time in the womb to 18 years of age. Day 1 is entirely dedicated to healing imprints from our stay in the womb. On day 2 we continue this healing work, finishing the day with the actual re-experiencing of our birth our birth as a soul, a blessed being coming to bless this world and elevate others. We will adjust the imprint of the first breath by taking it anew, experiencing it as an open, powerful, permission-giving, energising breath that will adjust the pattern of our life force and connect us to our innate ecstasy and our ability to call on all of nature to give us what we need, thus giving a deep security to every cell. This way every breath following this rebirthing experience can become more vital, flowing and creative. Day 3 is entirely devoted to healing the formative childhood years up to 18 years of age. Over the 3 days we will embark on a journey to recover our authentic self which got lost among our many and diverse experiences and our reactions to them. We will offload the emotional ghosts from our subconscious mind, understanding they cannot be satisfied no matter how much we try to feed them. We will evoke early imprints, bring them into the light of awareness and clear them. This way a new clarity about our purpose, our Self and our values can emerge and become our own North Star along our life s journey, so that we can always act with confidence, effectiveness and fulfil our highest destiny on our own terms. A lot of this work will be done with videos of Yogi Bhajan. This workshop is going to be quite intense work, and is especially aimed at people who have already practiced (kundalini) yoga, meditation, breathwork and/or other spiritual practices. It is open to both men and women of all ages and from all backgrounds. For KY teachers from the UK, this retreat is accredited CEU-credits by KYTA.

2 Teacher: Dr. Japjeet Rajbir Kaur Khalsa Dr. Japjeet Rajbir Kaur Khalsa is a KRI (Kundalini Research Institute) and IKYTA (International Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association) - certified Kundalini Yoga teacher ('Aquarian Teacher Level 2'). She is also an Intern Teacher Trainer of the KRI Aquarian Trainer Academy, through Karam Kriya School under lead trainer Shiv Charan Singh. From 2008 until 2011 Japjeet taught KY in Belgium; since January 2012 she has been teaching KY in the UK and running retreats in mainly the UK and Belgium. Over the past years she has specialised in, amongst others, KY for stress-management, burn-out, depression and anxiety; addiction recovery; pre- and postnatal yoga; and men s, women's and relationshipss teachings. Japjeet is also a nutrition & health advisor, life-coach and spiritual counselor. She is deeply spiritual yet at the same time very down-to-earth and real, and she knows how to make the yogic teachings practical, tangible and easy to integrate in a modern Western life. She is very open and direct in her teachings and cuts to the essence, but does so with a lot of love for and always in service of the students. Location Villa Varia and host Prabhu Anand Kaur (Ingrid Klabbers) Villa Varia is situated in a beautiful natural reserve close to Pellenberg Hospital, but is at the same time easily accessible from Leuven and Tienen. This place has come into existence very organically, both through the cooperation with Japjeet Rajbir Kaur Khalsa (who runs a 3-day retreat every 4 to 6 weeks) and through the kundalini yoga Level 1 training ran by Hari Krishan Singh.

3 Prabhu Anand: The house has become a very powerful, energetic place, both by its beautiful location and by the work done here. My living space has become an oasis where I receive and nurture groups. It is where I fulfill my desire to offer people a very special time in which they can come closer to themselves. My passion for cooking continues to develop, and I get a lot of satisfaction and happiness from this! I realise more and more how important food is. That is why my meals are nearly totally vegan and organic, and made with fresh ingredients. The natural search for a yogic way of living and eating is a wonderful daily challenge! Since 2017 Gert de Gooijer has joined the cooking team on our Pellenberg retreats. Gert and Prabhu Anand s mutually inspiring one another has brought further expansion and refinement (and yet more love) to the food served to us. In his daily life Gert owns his own training company in stress-prevention, he coaches people with burnout and gives massages. ( Practical Information Dates: Friday 23 Sunday 25 March Daily from 9.30am to 6pm. The programme is most beneficial if you attend the full 3 days of a weekend, but you can also come for just 1 or 2 days. For beginners and first-time retreaters we highly recommend attending the full 3 days, as this is the best way of integrating the experience.
