This is the ultimate island escape that will allow you to get away from the stress and problems of your daily life, surrounded by nature and close to unspoilt beaches. You don t need to have experience with either yoga or meditation to participate as our retreats cater for all levels. Classes can be taught in English and Italian

2 This yoga retreat is going to be a full immersion seminar for balancing and recharging each and all the 7 chakras. At the same time the program is designed to allow you plenty of free time each day to explore the island. Choose this retreat if you want to incorporate yoga practice with a... holiday! Yoga is the focus of the week, there s time to be still, read a book, meditate and take a real break. But there s also time to go on excursions around the area, enjoy the nearby beach and perhaps a stroll in town for a little boutique shopping. The Program Sunday 30th of April - Arrival day Take your time to chill and relax in the villa after your arrival. 18:00 Meet the other participants, Chiara & Elena. Presentation of the seminar Dinner Program of the week - from Monday to Saturday Wake up with a home-made organic herbal tea or a fresh lemon drink Morning yoga practice Breakfast Theory class: one chakra a day, focusing on the physical, psychological and spiritual aspects of each chakra. Free Time to explore the island, have a walk to the closest beach, chill by the pool, read a book, get a massage or a beauty treatment, learn something about natural horsemanship Yoga practice for each chakra (one per day): asanas, pranayama, mudras, bandha, mantras, meditation, and much more Vegetarian dinner

4 About Us All classes will be lead by ChiaraAlbero. Chiara is an English speaking Italian teacher with over 16 years of teaching experience in hatha yoga, pranayama and meditation techniques, mudras, chakras rebalancing and yoga therapy. Elena Ravasi is a Hatha Yoga teacher, Casa Shakti manager and founder of Ibiza Yoga GetAway She has been teaching in Ibiza since she moved here five years ago and is now settled in her yoga paradise, in the hills with her horses and cats. She will be the host and the vegetarian chef during the retreat She is also a student and practitioner of Natural Horsemanship as a way to rehabilitate horses who had physical and psychological traumas. In her house in Ibiza it is possible to follow classes of horsemanship lead by the experienced horseman John Hiam (

5 Where it s held The retreat is held in our authentic 17th century farm, Casa Shakti, nestled in the hills behind the town of San Carles de Peralta, surrounded by nature and the scent lavender and rosemary. We chose the name Casa Shakti as Shakti stands for the energy that sustains all aspects of life. We believe that this energy is underling in all the activities we do here: yoga classes, retreats, healthy eating and vegetarian cooking workshops. A number of lovely rescue animals live with us here and they help us stay connected with the Shakti energy and nature. (Please see the property description file attached). Diet and food During the retreat we will practice a sattvic diet, according to the traditional yoga practice. We will therefore use all those ingredients that help to maintain a balanced physical, mental and emotional state: fruit, vegetables, pulses, wholemeal cereals, fresh non-packages ingredients, nuts and seeds. The food we serve at the retreat is largely vegan and most people are pleasantly surprised by how delicious and satisfying it can be. It is also of low gluten content as we experiment with flour other than wheat. Fruit and vegetables come from our organic vegetable garden when possible otherwise they are always fresh, local and seasonal. When we use eggs and dairy products, they are from a local, trusted dairy farm. For those in doubt, don t worry, you will not go hungry!

We can recommend a number of options according to your tastes. ૐ Your flights and transport to and from the retreat We do thoroughly recommend renting a car for your all or part of your stay to explore and discover hidden corners of the island. Public transport services are poor and fairly limited and a large number of beaches and towns cannot be reached by bus.
