4 What style of Yoga do we teach? This training is designed for all styles and we naturally teach most of our practices following the Hatha Yoga Pradipika, which is typically called Hatha Yoga today. Next to the detailed study of basic Hatha Yoga postures, we offer our students a practical, intelligently structured Yoga Sequence, our Ananda8 Sequence that can be easily taught with confidence and competence right after your certification and creatively varied. At the same time you will practice and experience the following styles of yoga: - Teachers practicing and studying the Iyengar Method intensively - Vinyasa Flow - A taste of Ashtanga Vinyasa, Sivananda & Hot Yoga Series - Restorative Yoga - Pregnancy & Special Focus-Yoga - Bali Yoga Boot Camp
