3 Peace Of Mind Will Show You How to Flip Your Stress Into Success The effects of stress can vary. However, stress most often is experienced due to various forms of pressure. Probably the most common way people experience stress is through physical pain and discomfort, negative emotional strain or tension, and destructive mental thoughts. Stress eventually will take its toll and can negatively affect your health, body and, according to health studies, even your immune system. Stress exhibits itself on the body outwardly and inwardly. Very often stress is expressed outwardly by hair loss, excessive weight gain or loss, bouts of crying, or tantrums, or lead to verbal and physical abuse etc. Some inward affects could be experienced as headaches, anxiety, negative feelings/thoughts (distressed/depressed) and even self-destructive behavior. The quality of our emotions which we feel can empower us to move forward or entice us to succumb to our pain and or accept failure. The Negative Effects of thoughts, energy, and stress on the associated organs and glands are: 1. Kidney s - Fear bitterness and paralyzed 2. Liver - Anger, Frustration, Resentment, and rage 3. Heart - Arrogance, hastiness, cruelty and bitterness 4. Spleen & Pancreas - Worry, concern, empathy and sympathy 5. Lung s - Sadness, regret and grief The Positive Effects of good thoughts and energy on the associated organs and glands are: 1. Kidneys (Water) - Gentleness and softness 2. Liver - Harmonious Relationships, and Friendliness 3. Heart - Love, joy and happiness 4. Spleen & Pancreas - Openness and fairness 5. Lung s - Courage and righteousness are stored within the lungs

The goal or effect of meditation can differ based on the type of meditation and its goal. Meditation Acts Like A Reset Switch Meditation can renew, your body, mind and emotions. According to scientific research meditation can reverse the aging process, aid in healing the body and mind, release stress and various negative emotional feelings.

5 Peace of Mind YOUR MIND - Is Your Greatest Achievement With clarity and focus, your mind is the gateway to achieving your desires, ideas and dreams. The Peace of Mind Meditation is the ultimate tool for master your life. Just as you tune up a car, sharpen an axe or bake a cake with the right ingredients, used in the right way you can tune your car, sharpen your axe or even bake a cake. Meditation is the right ingredient(s), the ultimate tool, and when you learn the right way you are capable of clearing the stress and fog away, from any negative situation. Plus, meditation enables you to harness the beauty and power of your unlimited mind so that you can create the life you want or desire. WHY CONSCIOUS BREATHING EXPANDS YOUR AWARENESS? Becoming Conscious Of Your Breath Your life rides on the wave of a singular power, which resides within your breath, heart and mind. The life force that animates life is all powerful and sublime. It is both creative when aligned with positive life giving thoughts. It can also be destructive when aligned with negative life hindering thoughts. The power of the conscious mind, the beating of the heart and breathing in of the vibratory wave or source of life, create the golden trinity. These are 3 of the most important gifts you have been given, and when you learn to cultivate and share this power, you will improve the quality of your life. Deep, Full Conscious Breathing Bridges The Gap, Between The Known And Unknown, And Life and Death

6 This is What Happens When You Breathe? Breathing In (Inhalation) When you breathe in, or inhale, your diaphragm contracts (tightens) and moves downward. This increases the space in your chest cavity, into which your lungs expand. The intercostal muscles between your ribs also help enlarge the chest cavity. They contract to pull your rib cage both upward and outward when you inhale. As your lungs expand, air is sucked in through your nose or mouth. The air travels down your windpipe and into your lungs. After passing through your bronchial tubes, the air finally reaches and enters the alveoli (air sacs). Through the very thin walls of the alveoli, oxygen from the air passes to the surrounding capillaries (blood vessels). A red blood cell protein called hemoglobin helps move oxygen from the air sacs to the blood. At the same time, carbon dioxide moves from the capillaries into the air sacs. The gas has traveled in the bloodstream from the right side of the heart through the pulmonary artery. Oxygen-rich blood from the lungs is carried through a network of capillaries to the pulmonary vein. This vein delivers the oxygen-rich blood to the left side of the heart. The left side of the heart pumps the blood to the rest of the body. There, the oxygen in the blood moves from blood vessels into surrounding tissues. Breathing Out (Exhalation) When you breathe out, or exhale, your diaphragm relaxes and moves upward into the chest cavity. The intercostal muscles between the ribs also relax to reduce the space in the chest cavity. As the space in the chest cavity gets smaller, air rich in carbon dioxide is forced out of your lungs and windpipe, and then out of your nose or mouth. Breathing out requires no effort from your body unless you have a lung disease or are doing physical activity. When you're physically active, your abdominal muscles contract and push your diaphragm against your lungs even more than usual. This rapidly pushes air and toxins out of your lungs.
