1 The Cosmic Pulse By Rev Kazzy Holbrook copyright June 2010 Chapter One The Challenge of the New Paradigm The Cosmic Pulse is a high level initiation of pure creation force and love. Connecting consciously to this energy takes us inwards to the knowingness of our authentic self as source. From this space of awareness it is possible to change the basis of our reality. When consciously activated it allows access of all potential within from the position of both wholeness and separation. It represents the absolute embodiment of the full Christ potential and is the underlying energy of all creation. The Cosmic pulse is an evolutionary tool which can assist in both the individual and Earth collective to reach a new state of awareness. Evolving beyond duality as a stuck state and intense separation from our authentic self as souce is seen as a pivotal point in time a time of change and a shift of conscious awareness into a different love based paradigm. However the activation of the harmonic convergence within as an expression of wholeness and Cosmic Christ Consciousness has already begun. For many this means 2012 has all already occurred and is occurring. We are already stepping into the unknown, leading humanity into a new dawn. Acting literally as ice breakers through the cluttered mind of consciousness we move through our own blocks to wholeness & non duality creating a love that totally accepts of all things within and without ourselves. As this occurs it allows the rest of humanity to follow. When enough beings enter this new state of consciousness a momentum of energy will occur. Humanity will literally be re pulsed moving from the consciousness of separation to that of wholeness. This is very much a beginning of a new cycle in evolution as humans become able to embody their full presence whilst in physical form. This will allow the release of huge amounts of energy back into the form of love. Everything that is not held

2 as love will come up for resolution many of you have already made that choice! This means you know the challenge ahead for mankind. It is then our mission to assist and facilitate these monumental changes. During this period of time it becomes more and more necessary to step out of judgement, shame, blame and retribution, and take full responsibility for our creations on all levels. No matter what is happening around us - to know that it is an expression of love! That the more we judge and reject any type of energy in favour of another we create a divide and increase separation and the turmoil around us. Wholeness is not ascension or wholeness which still exist in the illusion of separation & duality, it is the knowingness of love and acceptance in all things. This is the challenge of the new paradigm NOW! It is time to accept responsibility for all that we have created in our lives so far and then surrender it back to love & wisdom. To give up all aspects of duality in order to be free To face our darkness, and accept the gifts that doing so brings enabling a multidimensional awareness To be fully present as a DECENDED MASTERS and embody the LOVE that we are - to no longer exist in separation from the absolute. Chapter About Kazzy For me personally reawakening to the cosmic pulse occurred in 1997 when I had a massive psychic and spiritual breakthrough. I became aware of myself as a multidimensional being -compassion, wisdom, joy, and bliss filled peace as all the feminine divine incarnations. At this point in my life it was an extremely difficult space to embody and come to terms with. Flashback after flashback of memories returned forcing me to remember myself in such an intense way which was a huge shock. At the same

3 time this as being a very beautiful amazing experience, it was very frightening taking me to the edge of psychosis. I continually rejected the idea that I could possibly have ever been a divine being and as I put all the memories back together saw the enormity of it all I did why me and broke them up again! This did not stop the force behind the experience rebuilding it again and again until I finally was able to come to terms with the expression of its nature! I live in a small conservative community and even within the healers that I eventually found, there was no one that could truly grasp the enormity of what had happened to me, and help me through the maze of integrating this experience. The need for answers took me around to India, to Sai Baba, who had for most of my life guided me through dreams without my awareness of whom and what he was. I gave up my life as I knew it and surrendered to the process of becoming what these memories demanded of me. Still struggling with why me it took several visits to India, and finally a meeting with some amazing normal men who had gone through a similar awakening process. This gave me permission to accept the enormity of my divinity and move forward into integrating the memories and awareness that I had been given. Later that connected with group of women around the world who also re-membered enabling me to finally become more at home with this enormous awareness as a normal part of myself. The process took me frequently into an awareness of being all things, and a love so profound that it created an intense yearning to maintain this state at all times. This in turn drove me deeper and deeper into my own inner knowingness teaching me how to re embrace my multi-dimensional self in all its forms, regaining the space of non-duality, allowing me to embody my own divinity in a much more consistent way. During this period in India, I also worked with Maharishi Vetathiri who taught and initiated the art of meditating at zero point. He said that all solutions and answers are found at zero point. For me it is the gateway to the creative force that we call God, Love, The Absolute, or Source, it is a dynamic and powerful energy. I realised that I had this was what I had been able to access as part of myself without knowing what it was.

4 With a greater understanding of what meditation at zero point could achieve I spent regular long periods in meditation at this level of consciousness. Whilst in India I spent several months healing myself and the archetypal energies that hold the illusionary concepts of separation in place. This work continues day to day moment to moment as I go deeper and deeper into this wonderful illusion. In coming to understand these truths I found at zero point I was taken to all the heavens and the hells, limbo, purgatory. I was shown the divinity in all these states of being within myself and others. The process took a huge amount of determination, courage and willingness to delve into the emotional debris held by the programming of separation. It could not have been achieved alone, but with the aid of the internet and modern VOIP systems I have been able to network with others in a similar space. Despite sometimes very difficult challenges I was able to create real relationships with men and women around the planet where we able to discuss anything and everything with each other and bring it back to love. It was not enough to understand the role of the light & dark and the divine mother/father but I had to integrate and accept how each part had been used to create separation. I needed to be able to see how amazing separation actually is, the ingenious way that judgements, vows, beliefs and agreements construct our reality to give us the illusion that we are separate. Coming to terms with separation and it beauty allowed me to become more and more integrated within myself in all the dimensions. As I was no longer judging each aspect, separation ceased to occur. This is one of those very back to front levels of understanding that the more we accept something the more one we are with all things. On embodying the understanding of myself as whole I finally understood that in order to be one with all things we have to be all the divine incarnations. In fact all things all places, all beings, all events. From the space of Wholeness there is only the NOW in which all things are occurring simultaneously. It was in comprehending this that I also understood that whatever I was, whatever I was doing was part of that whole and only I could do it. Others were doing exactly what they were meant to do. THIS MEANS I COULDN T DO ANYTHING WRONG ONLY ACCEPT THE EXPERIENCE FOR WHAT IT WAS

5 I am able to finally hold this energy consciously in a more contiguous way, and to come to terms with my own divinity. This is still an ongoing project! The cosmic pulse is a simple powerful and dynamic tool that has emerged out of the meditations and clearance of illusion. What is the cosmic pulse? The cosmic pulse is created from five aspects the inner flame of love, zero point, liquid love, and a pulse which brings all these energies together in a harmonic convergence that liberates all potential and creative force within. The cosmic pulse can be used to dissolve all types of energy cycles/patterns and limitations within yourself. At the centre of the pulse is an inner flame of love this is comprised of all the possible aspects of creation, based on the energies of creation nurture & transformation. The colours and sounds of these vibrations are then merged into different colours, and become and iridescent, pearlescent flame of total absolute potential. The flame is the point of Surrender and Transformation. It is where we give all our actions back to their source releasing the energy that is held in judgement around an experience taking it back into flow and allowing it to transform into love. Every act of creation is that of going from formless into form to hold form we have to have a level of separation creation equals separation. Separation is created and held by our judgements, beliefs, vows, agreements. It is important to understand that most of these constructs are beyond the mind, between zero point and itself. They are the things that operate in your life that you can t seem to shift and clear and we expect our minds to deal with them not realising that we have to go beyond the mind to access them. It is necessary to ask the part of us that knows itself totally as source to interact with us The constructs that hold creation in place are often circular, and have our mind running around in loops. It needs to learn to stop still and surrender back to source allowing the space for healing/release to occur. Often the mind is engaged in trying to solve impossible tasks. The energy and thoughts loop endlessly round and round and round and round creating a

6 loose/loose scenario that we fear to end from any direction. Stepping out or above of the cycle so it can be seen for what it is in truth and applying the cosmic pulse tool allows the whole experience to be surrendered and transformed. This liberates us to create in a new direction or simply take the next step in our evolution. Often healing is not successful because we are using our minds and it is only taking place on one level of the mind, physical body, or emotions beta, alpha and theta levels of consciousness. It is rare we can access delta except in dream time, or go beyond the mind to zero and totally connect to the absolute to heal. The flame creates a space for zero point to exist Zero point is the part of our self that is beyond duality and the judgements that splits our energy field into light/dark, good/bad, masculine/feminine etc. It is the where the positive and negative of each of these comes back together in total acceptance (- & +) = 0. This is the place within that accepts and dissolves, transforms, and creates all things as part of itself. It transforms all of our stuckness in the form of beliefs, vows, agreements and judgements, and the emotional context have placed on them. It liberates the energy creating the eventual solution to the issues that have held us from being able to create our reality based on love. The flame produces an all encompassing liquid love that continuously and effortlessly supports our continuing evolution. The Liquid love acts as an aloe vera type fluid, which supports every living cell in the body rejuvenating, moisturising with pure love. This expands and releases limitations and blockages by dissolving them back into love in a very gentle way. Thus creating expansion back to conscious awareness of ourselves eternal multidimensional being of pure source. Complete acceptance is created with the liquid flame of love. Created from zero point, it holds the quality of the absolute and will absorb both negative and positive aspects back into itself. It represents an unconditional totally accepting aspect of our self that is capable of supporting and resolving all issues that we face. Liquid love operates as a flowing zero point holding all of the qualities of love and the absolute. It will absorb both negative and positive aspects back into itself. This then releases the energy to flow into the central flame to be transformed and used as a creative force for change in our lives.

7 Liquid love once initiated from the flame can be called on at any time to send you more and more love to any part of yourself that it is needed. It is as easy as saying I need more love! Essentially this is a prayer to the part of your self that is the absolute to send love to the part of itself that has forgotten and needs assistance. The harmonic convergence that the energy creates allows us to create in ever more dynamic ways, it is the liberation of our true power as we understand the full potential of separation and how to move from the formless into form without restriction. As we turn inwards it is crucial to be able to call on this love, and have the ability and willingness to love all that you are. No matter how it presents itself externally or internally it is a part of you. Without the liquid love present in our lives we continue to judge our inner and outer worlds creating deeper and deeper divides. Often on lives journey we stay focussed on the external or outwards expression of our self because what we find when we turn inwards are all the judgement of our previous experiences. These judgements then bounce us back into an external expression because it is just too hard to deal with the pain that the judgement created. Be that in the form of anger, fear, rejection, guilt, or overwhelm. Up till now the level of love needed to release separation has not been available. Now by utilising the energy of the cosmic pulse it is possible with intention/visualisation to send this love to any type of situation or emotion releasing it back into love. It can lift the feelings of overwhelm, guilt, fear, anger, into a creative force that can be utilised to move forwards instead of a never ending cycle of destruction that spirals further and further downwards. All we have to do is ask and continue to accept into this love anything and everything that comes up for us. Being encompassed in the liquid love is the ultimate safe space for us, the feeling of being in the egg, safe snug and surrounded by love and going into bliss. When this occurs whatever we have created and stored in our bodies is willing to release into that safe space and becoming the wisdom and love that it was intended to be. The liquid love dissolves and accepts the aspects that we have created and held in separation the inner flame uses them as fuel. The flame then grows and increases

8 in size deepening the awareness of our self as love. This allows us to literally glow with divine energy and love as an expression of who we are. The ego is like a glass wall it acts as a barrier between yourself and love ultimately it desperately wants to be love and included as a part of God or source. For us to grow its role has to change from one of creating limitations and separation to that of growth wholeness and love. Once you start to love the ego and parts of yourself or and experience that you have rejected the divinity in the experience normally shows itself in an intuitive leap, by someone saying something, you reading or watching something, or just by communing with nature and a deeper connection with yourself occurring. The ego is taught that it is safe to surrender to that love and becomes increasingly more and more comfortable with the process. Our pain represents enormous amounts of potential energy that is compressed, unused and unloved. Being willing to love it unlocks that potential, freeing it to be used in a dynamic way, allowing you to recreate whole aspects of your life. All the time we hold the ego as a bad thing then we are denying ourselves the ability to totally love and accept all that we are. Ultimately it is only in acceptance of ourselves that we are able to become one again, releasing the illusion of separation completely. All aspects of judgements, vows, beliefs, agreements, and experiences need to be accepted and dissolved with love. It is not necessary always to know what they are, but in feeling the feelings that are attached to them, the agreement is automatically dissolved back into wholeness. You then may get insights to understand what the energy relates to. Sometimes these patterns can provoke an intense emotional reaction, or awareness of not being centred or in integrity. Often when this happens it is not appropriate to stop and meditate and work with them. A good practice is to find time each day to review these events. Then in a time and space of safety recreate those emotions and let them go. The quickest way to achieve detachment is to be willing to feel the feelings, to acknowledge them, love them unconditionally, and allow them to merge back to wholeness at the point of zero.

9 The pulsation is created by the harmonic convergence of within us in an up down direction and side to side creating a pulse of pure energy (cosmic pulse). The convergence is triggered by a decision to turn all of the aspects of self inwards toward each other. It literally means the bringing together our light/dark, masculine/feminine, higher self/soul/physical/mental/emotional bodies so that instead of creating separation by moving in an outward motion away from themselves they turn inwards creating an explosive release of divine awareness and integration of all of our experiences. By turning inward we choose to activate this pulse as our conscious awareness bringing it matters (or matter/light) and it doesn t matter (or antimatter/darkness) back together as a dynamic pulsating energy. The pulsation pushes the liquid love around the whole of the self, supporting the evolution and liberation of consciousness. Each and every aspect of our self then begins a journey of total acceptance creating a harmonic balance as an expression of wholeness. It allows a continuous surrender to the flame of love within releasing wisdom and love as an individual expression of the self. This creates a shift in perspective and for the individual to experience existing in the space of the Cosmic Christ. At first this may be a fleeting feeling, which as the cosmic pulse becomes stronger and the process develops becomes a way of life. This pulsation literally tunes us back into the flow, rhythm and vibration of the heart of the cosmos, allowing us to see ourselves as whole as an individual reflected in all beings. Going with the flow takes on a new meaning and wonder as it becomes possible to feel and know this space as a reality. The miracles that the constant space of acceptance and surrender create become a way of life. This is because surrender is giving and acceptance is receiving in their most divine aspects. In other words we are in a total flow of giving and receiving from a whole heart. The release of this stuck energy creates an enormous potential in our lives opening up new avenues to explore without fear and previous judgements holding us back. It allows us to come from a space of unconditional love and compassion as we set a new way of being for all of earth. It is the inward journey and total acceptance and surrender of the self on all levels which creates an explosion of energy within and outward expression

10 of love and light. This radiates outwards literally re pulsing the world around us. Using and Creating the cosmic pulse is very simple Feel/intend/see/know (whatever works for you intention is enough) Start by being willing to feel whatever has been triggered in you this may be something that has been happening for some time, or during the day and you are now reviewing the events. Know that sometimes we are so afraid, angry, in grief, or frustration and judgement of our self or someone that the mind will tell you there is not enough love there to use. INTENTION IS ENOUGH THERE IS ALWAYS AT THE CORE OF WHO YOU ARE A SOURCE OF LOVE THAT IS ACCESSABLE THROUGH INTENTION OR PRAYER The liquid love (aloe vera) encompassing every aspect that is you. Start with the physical body, the feet, up the legs, into the hips, pelvis, spine, shoulders arms, abdomen, all the organs, muscles, tendons, face, jaw, brain, spinal column, blood, every single particle that is you. Feel it Moisturise and expand any blockages/limitations. The liquid love is moisturising, loving, relaxing, and expanding the stuck energy that is held in all these parts of yourself. As it begins to allow the expansion of the energy it is able to move again and flow towards the pearlescent rainbow flame in the centre of your heart. The flame is created by the aspects of creation, nature, and transformation with every colour represented. Ask each colour to be fully activated in all its attributes of wisdom, creativity, love, intuition, intellect, logic, transformation. This flame then transforms the energy as it accepts it back to itself. It slowly and gently dissolves each blockage in love and acceptance, and allowing greater and greater expansion back into the self.

11 Continue the cycle of sending more love to yourself now include the emotional body anything that you are feeling in that moment, or want to clear within yourself. Gently allowing the flame to dissolve even more of the compressed and compacted energy. Now ask for the mind to be included in the liquid love and continue to breath in the liquid love into all aspects of yourself. Lastly include the higher self, dissolving it from the space of being separate from your self to that of being a part of the inner flame. Now feel the pulsation created by all of these aspects of yourself starting to come together as a harmonic concordance within. The cycle is now ongoing and will continue to connect you totally to the absolute allowing you to hold greater consciousness of being all things. Watch the light and the dark pulse together to create a dynamic evercreative connection to source and wholeness within yourself. FEEL YOURSELF GO BEYOND THE LIGHT INTO LOVE Chapter Four How the Cosmic Pulse Works If one comes from the space that we are all one, and God/Love/Absolute is all things, then it follows that light and dark are both aspects of duality. That darkness is as much an aspect of divinity as light and they are just counterparts of each other. BOTH hold us in duality. Darkness holds all the colours, as does the light. Darkness in dualistic mode is more compressed acting as our emotional basis. Light appears more out stretched acting as an out flowing energy trying to get back to source awareness. This very simple equation helps define what happens to our energy field as we descend into separation and out of the conscious awareness of the pulse. 0

12 (+ / -) Explanation of the equation False Zero = 0 is created by the perfect + and - circling up from the physical form to create the illusion of the absolute/zero as a separate energy from conscious awareness. It is here we create the higher self external God, the perfect awareness out of physical form that is all knowing and guides us through life. The premise of a force that is external to ourselves keeps us looking outwards for God rather than inwards as an expression of our self and holds separation deeply in place. under the zero is the illusion of separation created by agreements, vows, beliefs & judgements & rules it deepens the idea of separation and holds the game we play throughout our lives in place. These underpin the whole of our reality and are a complex set of ideologies, concepts, energetically are held just under zero point. They create the ego, at a level that most individuals up to now have not been able to reach without long periods of meditations and solitude. Deliberately placed here they have held separation in place until now. This is because it is actually harder to forget that you are God than to remember, and we made the illusion as difficult to escape from as possible. It would have been far too easy to jump back into wholeness and knowing when the game got uncomfortable, and many experiences would have been lost. The + is positive energy or white light & matter. Creating within us the driving force to be perfect and get back to source. It is perhaps the greatest illusion of all as it tries to become enlightened by rejecting more and more parts of itself to become lighter and lighter. The truth is it represents the MIND because it is making us mind that we are separate and unworthy. It drives into deeper and deeper separation whilst promising that it will take us back to the whole/god/the absolute if we are perfect enough.

13 Light in this form represents the emotions of joy, satisfaction, conditional love, power, etc.. On the surface this seems to be where we want to be. However it sets in motion a constant cycle of good/bad emotional responses which then programme us more deeply into accepting that we are not being perfect enough. We are literally making the energy that I call it matters. If you mind it matters is one of the most important aspects of the game. As we think and take on new ideas, beliefs, rules, vows and agreements so our lives are shaped and take form (matter) So the light which promises us eternal salvation and a way back to the absolute or wholeness actually makes us heavier and heavier and deeper into separation and isolation from our self. It then blames the Darkness for this, and holds your inner world beautifully stuck. Whilst as the mind it tries and find a solution for something that it is actually creating. As discussed he real solution comes from the acceptance of all parts of the self, and its transformation back to liquid love. / is the pain body, created by the judgements of experiences it compresses our energy into emotions. It is the most dense part of our self and thus the physical body. As children we are not so deeply programmed and still have the vitality of the cosmic pulse flowing though us. Once the programmes and judgements that create separation kick in then this vitality diminishes and we begin to die. The pain body holds the energy in this deeply compressed form, until we decide to go inwards and reclaim the power of who we are. At this point we have to change our association with pain from that of separation, lack, rejection and poor self worth to that of power, energy, and love. Our pain body viewed in this way holds the power to move forward. Once it is released from its current state of separation, pain and suffering, it creates a solution of love and wisdom, and can jet propel the consciousness into higher and higher states of awareness.

14 The - is negative, anti matter, darkness. It represents it doesn t matter which is total detachment & unconditional love. The detachment gives us control of the mind, it allows the letting go of the need for perfection. By judging experiences rather than allowing the it doesn t matter to allow it to be just an experience we make this energy matter. This creates the emotions of fear, anger, jealousy etc. These are attached to a belief, judgement, agreement or vow, or experience that created the split in the energy field. Karma. In its current state on earth we see it as a negative fear-based energy. By continuously judging darkness and these heavier emotions we compress them again and again. Taking more and more light from the dark, until it acts like a lead weight pulling the consciousness lower and lower through the dimensions. The whole concept of ascension and enlightenment have held us in dualistic judgements of experiences and stopped us seeing the ultimate truths of how much we need our darkness to evolve and change to a love based society. This is an important step to understand so we can start to release back our fears and emotional attachments back into detachment These emotions are necessary for our evolution and feeling of separation. Without these emotions as beings we couldn t feel our actions. Earth was created with this level of IT MATTERS to allow us to feel what we were creating for ourselves and others. With out it matters both in light and dark form we could not have created the density and sheer beauty on Earth. It is only in fully appreciating this and accepting separation that finally we come back into wholeness. Any judgement of an aspect of the self creates separation and duality and out of wholeness. The whole equation of separation continuously reinforces itself in polarity. Experiences see- saw between the positive and negative emotions in a never ending circle triggering the previous emotional (karmic) responses held in the pain body, making it heavier and heavier.

15 In wanting more and more light for ourselves, we do not harmonise with our darkness then the darkness continues to be compressed and earth continues to sink in consciousness AND A FEAR BASED PARADIGM Chapter Five Turning inwards When we turn inwards we cease to create a false zero point or projection of God Higher/perfect-self. The zero/higher self energy into the space of the pain body to look like this + 0. The plus and the minus then start to surrender back into the zero creating a dynamic pulsing energy of pure love. Once commenced the internally directed acceptance and surrender continues until all that is left is the zero in manifest form. Thus becoming the embodiment of Christ Consciousness, TRUE ZERO. True zero encompasses all things, as all things have been accepted back to the self. It allows total expansion back into wholeness as an exploding divine love creating inner knowingness on all levels of the self as a multidimensional being. This divine light is that of total integration/explosion/pulsation of energy created by the union of the two twin forces that represent every aspect of ourselves. Light & dark Higher self & physical form. This takes us past the pain and suffering and back to love in action. It means that we become fully present as the absolute in physical form. Enabling the embodiment of the wisdom and love collected over many millions of experiences and lifetimes. Using the Cosmic Pulse to Identifying & Release the Limitations in your life This all sounds very complex and technical. However using the energy is actually very simple and easy because everything that you are is mirrored back to you by the universe. Our feelings are our gateway into recognising that there is a limitation in our life. A place that is compressed love. Feeling the fear, anger, pain, jealousy, hurt,

16 rejection is part of the process of letting us know something is not harmonic in our life. If an event, person or place, upsets or disturbs triggers you into an uncomfortable feeling then you have energy blocking you in this area. When you are clear then the same things will no longer put you into a process and you will wonder why it ever upset you in the first place. Triggers create an emotional feedback for us on a continual basis, and are the door to reaching and dealing with any part of the self that is in separation. Most of us feel all the time, sometimes things are painful and we have made those areas numb, but as the experience of using the liquid love and flame deepens we learn how to deal with each part step be step. Using our emotions as gateways to healing is a big step in the process - being willing to sit with them, loving them for the experience they represent, and asking the flame of love and the liquid love to dissolve them. The first step in dealing with anything is taking responsibility for its creation in your life and moving out of shame and blame, retribution, and externalising fault in another person. This also applies to ending the idea of giving something to an external god or guru. Ultimately you are giving it to yourself and to the god or absolute within. One can not fully deal with any aspect of the self if it is being rejected and pushed away. Even if it is being pushed towards the inner flame within, from the space of nonacceptance you are continuing to create separation within yourself. When attempting to send something to God or the inner flame from the space of non acceptance we create greater pain for ourselves, and the feelings of overwhelm, and burn out. The ego can also fracture and break in the heat of the flame if it hasn t been taken to liquid feed prior to this, creating emotional unbalance. I have found that the more I love something deeply with the intention that it only goes into the flame when it is/i am ready then the transition is gentle, and much more effective.

17 This may seem a slower approach to those of us that want it done NOW, the quick fix, but it is like overloading a fire with wet wood, smoky, messy, and takes ages for the fire to get going again. Compare this with a steady burning candle, taking the melted liquid wax, and choose which you prefer. The next step is the understanding that NO one can make you feel anything, or do anything. You are a sovereign divine being in your own right creating and co-creating your reality. Accepting this and starting to take responsibility for it allows the space for change. In accepting this premise you start to take charge of your life and the emotions that your are creating. On a empathic level yes you can also be feeling other peoples emotions or linking in to them, when this occurs it is usually to highlight very clearly an area that you need to work on. I have worked for many years as a nurse in a very highly charged emotional setting, and am very, very, aware that as I clear my own stuck emotions and energies, I am less and less affected by those around me. The trick with this is to say this may look like it is outside of myself, but I know ultimately it is not. So I am willing to love the part of myself that is represented by this person, or what is being reflected back to me. This opens the door into being able to acknowledge that part of yourself and take out the shame, blame, game away from the other people involved. At first you may begin by forgiving the person, or yourself. To do this send liquid love over and over and over again to that part of your self. See that person as you, be willing to feel everything that is coming up for you. If this is too much, ask for the process to be slowed down, and at the same time ask for more love to be sent to that part. Once the liquid love is initiated from zero point it is possible to demand it be sent to yourself as much and as often as you need. This does not have to be through meditation just a simple statement I need more love right now. As the process allows the energy to expand, we then move into a deeper understanding of the experience knowing that forgiving is still holding that person

18 in blame. The liquid love is acceptance on all levels and beyond this old paradigm, with regular use, your whole life shifts and you know you are in control. When you can say THANK YOU FOR-GIVING ME THAT EXPERIENCE and hold it in unconditional love then you know the energy is back into flow. This is for me a crucial step as it tells us that part of our self has truly accepted the divinity in the experience and allowed itself be transformed back to love. It is also important must to move from the space of LESSON to that of EXPERIENCE. The idea of a lesson is that there is something to learn and we can get it wrong this keeps us in judgement of ourselves and in a space of unworthiness and contraction. An experience is what it is just actions and consequences and need not be judged but accepted and integrated as part of the self.
