Learn how to meditate with this form of yoga. These classes are offered free of charge by Nitin Guje of the Vishwa Nirmala Dharma. CHILD AND ADOLESCENT DEPRESSION Tuesday April 10, A one hour presentation on symptoms and contributing factors of depression for younger people including suicide prevention tips. Questions will be addressed and resources will be provided by LICSW, Patricia Kiessling. "SPRING FLING" at the COA Sunday April 15, 3:00-5:30pm at the Hanover COA Dinner, music and dancing provided by the Steve Rudolph Trio. Reservations are required , and there is a $3.00 fee. RUTH Thursday April 19, 6:30-8:00pm Hanover COA Brandeis scholar, Dr. Ruth Nemzoff and author of "Don't Bite Your Tongue: How To Foster Relationships With Your Adult Children" highlights the important aspects of her books using humor and sensitivity.

3 Saturday April 21, 3:00-4:30pm JCL-Paul Speidel Concert, "Jazz and Blues--Always Old, Always New". A musical journey taking the audience back to the beginnings of jazz with examples of blues roots. Paul also engages the audience with explanation. Monday April 23, 7:00-8:00pm JCL- Health coach and essential oils educator, Tresa Rolando Salters shares how to have a natural chemical-free home and how to to enjoy better health with essential oils. Tuesday April 24, "Tick Talk" Plymouth County entomologist Blake Dinius speaks about ticks and tick-borne diseases as well as prevention. Art Classes By Kelly Burke Join this local artist as she teaches drawing and the uses of different materials each Wednesday at the JCL, April 25 thru May 30 from 1:00-2:00pm. A $10 fee for materials is required at sign-up at the library circulation desk starting April 1.

Burgess, Professor of Psychiatric Nursing at Boston College highlights forensics of crimes scene analysis, fingerprint evidence, tire marks and photography. A fascinating history of America s greatest game and how it developed into a world-wide phenomenon. Professor Frank Morris teaches at several local colleges and lectures about New England literature and sports.
