BEREAVEMENT SESSIONS Grieving is the painful experience of loss of a loved one. One way or other many of us have experienced loss which is still fresh in our heart and mind. More times than often, we are expected to be strong, taking care of others who are grieving or suffering from illness, or other life situations. What about us? St. Thomas Aquinas bereavement ministry invite you to set aside an hour of your time for yourself. Sharing the suffering that accompanies grieving, usually assists us in realizing how typical our experience is and how much the support of others helps us in recovering from our losses. YOU CAN MAKE THE DIFFERENCE Bishop Nicholas DiMarzio wishes to thank everyone from Saint Thomas Aquinas who have participated in the 2017 Annual Catholic Appeal - Live in Faith Give in Love thus far. Our parish has pledged $44,337.00 from 161 (19.46%) out of 824 households, reaching 75.51% of our assigned parish goal of $58,716.00. We ask every Catholic family to participate so that we can surpass our goal. Please know that every gift matters. Envelopes for this Appeal are available throughout the Church. Through the Appeal s parish sharing, all monies received over our assigned goal will be returned back to the parish. We thank God for all of his blessings and recognize that as we look back in appreciation, we must look forward with a sense of responsibility to help those in need.
