State Conference On Evangelism & Church Health January 30-31, 2017 Geyer Springs First Baptist Church, Little Rock
Conference Schedule Monday Afternoon January 30, 1:00pm Robert Smith Herb Reavis Todd Cook Monday Evening January 30, 6:30pm Steve Gaines Jim Cymbala Tuesday Morning January 31, 8:45am Vance Pitman Todd Cook Jim Cymbala This conference is made possible by your gifts to missions through the Cooperative Program. Greetings! Dear Friends, I am so grateful for the very real presence of God during our last two evangelism conference meetings. The importance of this meeting in our state cannot be overstated. We desperately need spiritual awakening in our state and revival in our churches. This conference is not about beating pastors up about evangelism or baptisms. It is about lifting pastors up. I am excited about the lineup of speakers and am confident God has something special in store for us. I can hardly wait to see when and how God shows up. I really believe that one of the reasons we feel God s presence so strongly at the conference is that we are family. As Arkansas Baptists, we enjoy being with each other and renewing friendships. If you are new to the state, I hope you will make this conference a priority in your schedule so that you can make new friends and new connections with the family we call Arkansas Baptists. The staff of Geyer Springs First Baptist Church did a wonderful job hosting the conference last year, and their facilities made the worship and fellowship time such a blessing. This year s conference will feature interactive workshops on Tuesday with a free box lunch and will conclude no later than 1:30 p.m. If you plan to attend a workshop, please register at absc.org/econference or call (800) 838-2272, ext. 5128. Join me in praying that this year all in attendance will come ready to worship, ready to be encouraged, ready to be challenged, and ready to hear from God. In Christ, Terry D. Bostick Team Leader, Evangelism and Church Health Team
