As we light the Advent candles each week, we see the light gradually increase to a radiant brightness on Christmas Eve. Christmas Pageant Stage Set Up Help Needed Today Following the Worship Service Immediately following worship, we will set up the stage in the sanctuary for the Christmas Pageant. We need people to help get the stage into the sanctuary and set up, along with the nativity scene, lighting, and stage skirting. All levels and skills are appreciated. Children s Chapel During the worship service, children ages three years through kindergarten go to chapel immediately following the Children s Sermon. Advent 2 Godly Play seeks to tell the stories of the faith so that children hear and remember these stories and become engaged in them. It also provides a place and opportunities for children to begin exploring the purpose and meaning of worship.
