Weekday Mass Intentions Available Mass intentions can be offered for a birthday, anniversary, special need, or most commonly for the repose of the soul of someone who has died (person doesn t have to be Catholic). Often the person requesting the intention attends that particular Mass, however, that s not required. If the person does attend, they are welcome to bring up the bread and wine to the altar table; just confirm that you d like to do this. The usual offering for a Mass intention is $10. Do you desire to live more fully and continue life s journey with the powerful gifts of the Holy Spirit? If you are Baptized and have made your First Communion, but haven t been Confirmed, the Diocese is offering a program that starts September 13 with Confirmation taking place on October 28.
