From Father Kirby Happy Sunday, Team Grace! Gree2ngs from the Divine Mercy Conference in Weslaco, Texas! As some of you might recall from my column last weekend, I m here at the conference to give two talks on the Holy Spirit, Divine Mercy, and the Bea2tudes. Giving these kinds of talks was a personal commitment I accepted when we received the first class relic of Saint Faus2na. While it s good to be here, I look very forward to gekng back home! I return to the parish on Sunday alernoon (February 24.) Thank you to everyone who par2cipated in our Town Hall mee2ngs this past week. At the Town Hall mee2ngs, we reviewed the goals of our capital campaign. Among our principal goals are the paying off of the mortgage on our current church building and the purchasing of new property for future growth. We want to be good stewards and plan for the future! In the coming days, every household will receive an envelope and pledge card for the campaign. I ask that you please be as generous as possible as we seek to build the kingdom of God. Please bring the pledge card with you to next weekend. The cards will be collected at every. Thank you to everyone who par2cipated in the personal items and toiletries collec2on. These items will all be given to the local children s home and correc2onal facility. Thank you!
