O God of Everlasting Mercy, your promises have stood through all generations. Inspired by this hope, we ask you to fulfill the longings of a humanity burdened with oppression. Raise up our heads and strengthen our hearts so that we may be instruments of your peace and mercy in this world. Then, free from fear and steadfast in hope, may all people look forward to the glorious return of Your Son, Jesus Christ. Amen. Nov. 29, 2015

We are invited to remember that mercy is the bridge that connects us to God, opening our hearts to the hope of being loved forever despite our sinfulness. Next weekend we will make a commitment as a parish community to recognize that we have been blessed, and to extend the goodness and mercy that we have received to those in need. We will fill out Year of Mercy Commitment forms at Masses to demonstrate our willingness to perform Spiritual and Corporal Works of Mercy throughout the year. Please visit www.archkck.org/mercy to learn more. As we near the end of 2015, we would like to thank all those who support the parish. So many have offered their time, energy and prayers to ensure that St. Ann is a welcoming, caring, faith-filled community.
