1 V O L U M E 45 I S S U E 7-8 J U L Y /AU G U S T 2015 Grace Church Rev. James S. Maines, Pastor 4427 Overland Culver City, CA graceculver@sbcglobal.net (310) It s summertime! As the dog days of summer come upon us, will you be renewing your spirit? Whether you travel or stay at home, take time to seek for God in the minutes and miracles all around you including the miracle of your OWN life and your walk with Jesus. The purity of his divine spirit will leave you truly refreshed and renewed! I pray that the words from Isaiah 40:31 truly come alive for you those who wait for the LORD shall renew their strength, they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint. And speaking of strength, please pray for lots of it for Marina, Colin, & Tom Tidwell, Lisa Skelley, Katherine Comer, Tracey Finkelstein, Madeleine Krueger, Emma Baker and the rest of our teachers, helpers, and campers as they navigate 8 weeks of summer camps to help families in the area with summertime childcare and enrichment needs. Spirit Matters Sunday at am Wednesday at 6:45 pm Adult Education Tuesday Night Bible with Pastor Jim 7pm And maybe this is the summer you strengthen your faith by sharing it with someone?
