I'm remembering like Miguel, the Scriptures, and God is helping me too, Miguel. But Miguel in these days (I think it was yesterday), I gave him the phone number of a person, he read it, and I think it was today, I asked him: "Hey, Miguel (to see how was his memory)... Hey, Miguel what is the phone number of such a person? "He said," Write it down... such number, and such number..." He was dictating it to me, and it was exactly the phone number of the person. I do not know how he keeps record of them, but it is so. I wanted to verify if it was as he said, the number he dictated: "This number is such a combination," or "such phone number is so and so and such and such" and I confirmed it, that he has a better memory than that of a child, better than anyone. Very good afternoon, beloved friends and brethren present, and those over the internet and also those via the satellite Amazonas, ministers and co-workers, and all congregations: May the blessings of Christ the Angel of the Covenant, be upon you and me too. In the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen. We will read in Chapter 16 of First Chronicles, verses 16 to 22, and it says as follows: Even of the covenant which he made with Abraham, And of his oath unto Isaac; And hath confirmed the same to Jacob for a law, And to Israel for an everlasting covenant, Saying, Unto thee will I give the land of Canaan, the lot of your inheritance; When ye were but few, Even a few, and strangers in it. And when they went from nation to nation, And from one kingdom to another people; He suffered no man to do them wrong: yea, He reproved kings for their sakes, Saying, Touch not mine anointed, And do my prophets no harm. Sing unto the LORD, all the earth;

For great is the LORD, and greatly to be praised: He also is to be feared above all gods. For all the gods of the people are idols: but the LORD made the heavens (and the Earth). Glory and honour are in his presence; Strength and gladness are in his place. Give unto the LORD, ye kindreds of the people, Give unto the LORD glory and strength. Give unto the LORD the glory due unto his name: Bring an offering, and come before him: Worship the LORD in the beauty of holiness. Fear before him, all the earth: the world also shall be stable, that it be not moved. Let the heavens be glad, and let the earth rejoice: and let men say among the nations, The LORD reigneth. Let the sea roar, and the fulness thereof: Let the fields rejoice, and all that is therein. May the blessings of Christ the Angel of the Covenant, be upon us all, and may He open the Scriptures and our understanding and heart to hear and believe and to see the Word of God for this end time. In the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen. "TOUCH NOT MINE ANOINTED, AND DO MY PROPHETS NO HARM. It is the theme for this occasion. "Touch not My anointed." Here on this occasion, the anointed were the children of Israel, a people as a nation anointed with God's presence among them, pointed out as a firstborn son nation, and therefore the first people God created. Therefore it says: "Israel is my son, my firstborn." It speaks of Israel as a nation. And when it says: "And do my prophets no harm": these are TOUGH NOT MINE ANOINTED, AND DO MY Christ. And whoever helps the believers in Christ of this time, will not lose their reward, but those who rise against them, the reward is the divine judgment. It would have been better for them not to be born than rising against the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ or against any of the messengers of the Church. TOUCH NOT MY ANOINTED, AND DO MY PROPHETS NO HARM. It s been for me a privilege to be with you on this occasion bearing testimony of such beautiful subject which the Scripture spoke to us on this occasion. I leave with you Reverend, Dr. Miguel Bermudez Marin, to continue, and then we will meet in the evening; although the time when we will be back with you... still must be day light, the sunlight should still be shining when the evening service begins. At what time is Miguel, the cult? At 5:00 o-clock? At 5:00 o- clock says Miguel. So it is within a few minutes... In two hours we'll be back here to see the topic for the evening service. It has been for me a great privilege to be with you on this occasion. And I want great wealth, great blessings from Christ, for each of you and me too. Miguel, for whom else do you want great blessings? For whom else do you wish great blessings from Christ? For all believers and for who else? Miguel wishes great blessings for all of you, for me too and for himself too. He has never been out of the blessings of Christ. He has always been in the forefront, has never been in the rearguard, for he who is in the rearguard are those who no longer have strength almost, and are weak; but Miguel is really a great example of what it is to be courageous strong in the business of the Lord Jesus Christ. Traveling throughout the year, but with the blessing of God through Christ, it keeps him strong, it keeps him young, and with more courage every day, to work in the Lord's Work. Anyone would wish the awards that God will give him, which Christ will give to Miguel. How many of you would like to have rewards like that? Not his, because he has already

5 16 DR. WILLIAM SOTO SANTIAGO Therefore, let us work with the talents God has given us, and this is the time we can more fully use the talents and mines Christ says has given to His servants. This is the time for more opportunities for believers; therefore, let s seize that moment, that opportunity that we all have. For our time we all have to work and see all the goals we have ahead of us, pointed out by Christ, the goals of the Divine Program, knowing the prophecies pertaining to our time, and aware that the hands of Christ here on Earth to do things are our hands. Just as God labored through Christ, and Christ said: "The works that I do not do myself, but the Father that dwelleth in me, He doeth the works," we can all say: "The work we do, we do not ourselves, but Christ in the Holy Spirit who dwells in us, He does the Works, He does them through us. " And that's the work of God for each time: the Work of God through His Spirit working through believers in Him As God worked through Jesus Christ, Jesus Christ works through His Church, through the members of His Church. Therefore, the anointed people, believers in Christ are the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ: onward working in the Work of the Lord, for we must be about the Lord s business, and we should be working hard, being courageous and strong people in the Lord's Work. And from behalf of Christ: "TOUCH NOT MY ANOINTED." He says: "But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea, but he who helps one of this little ones even giving him a cup of cold water: he will 'not lose his reward, and "he that receiveth a prophet in the name of prophet, receiveth a prophet reward. " People that received the apostles, St. Peter or St. Paul or any of the messengers of each age, will not lose the reward from TOUGH NOT MINE ANOINTED, AND DO MY... 5 the prophets that He sent from stage to stage, as Moses, Joshua, as the prophet Elijah, the prophet Elisha, and He also sent the prophet Samuel. We can see that these persons were anointed as prophets. And even when King Saul was anointed by Samuel as king, he was God's anointed king; and when after Samuel anointed David being a young man, he anointed him as king, we have respect for David, for his recognition of the anointing that was been given by God to Saul; and he would not harm Saul, having the opportunity to kill him, because Saul had become David's enemy and was chasing him to death, but David respected the anointing of God. David said he would not harm God's anointed. What happens is that one cannot harm God's Anointed One as an individual or anointed as a people of God, because God is with that person or with the people; so it was with the people of God under the Covenant that was given on Mount Sinai, so Israel as a nation and as a people or nation is God's firstborn people. And when we speak of Israel as God's firstborn son, in Exodus, chapter 4, verse 22, God says to Moses: "And thou shalt say unto Pharaoh, Thus saith the Lord, Israel is my son, my firstborn." Israel as a nation: is God's firstborn nation. That s why in different Scripture it also says, speaking of Israel: "I am your creator." God created Israel as a nation. And therefore, it is the model for the birth, for the creation of other nations. Just as in the family the eldest son is born first and then the other children; and the other children are born according to that model: two arms, two legs, a body and a head. There we also have Israel as a model for other nations that God would create. God gave Israel prophets, starting with Moses, a dispensational prophet. God gave Israel His presence, God s presence was in the midst of Israel, and gave them the Law and the commandments, statutes and commandments for all Israel. So what does this all mean? God placed in Israel His Kingdom, the Kingdom of God, and therefore the laws of the

6 6 DR. WILLIAM SOTO SANTIAGO Kingdom of God were given to Israel. Just as when a nation becomes part of another nation, any nation that is accepted by another nation for it to unite legally and to become a state of that powerful nation; the laws of this great nation are then established in that small nation that unites to become a new state of that great nation. And Israel, created by God, was united to the Kingdom of God; and therefore, the Laws of the Kingdom of God are established in Israel. And let's say, that Israel has, from behalf of God (given by God through Moses), the Federal Laws of the Kingdom of God. As simple as that. And now, Israel is the model for other nations as nations daughters daughters of God that would be born but not as firstborn nations of God, because there is only one firstborn nation, even if they are born at the same time, the first nation that is born is the one with the birthright. In the spiritual realm the Church of the New Covenant, the New Covenant people, is the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ, and therefore It has the heavenly Birthright blessings. Just as when Jacob in chapter 48 of Genesis blessed Joseph, by blessing the children of Joseph. Manasseh was the eldest, was the firstborn, Manasseh typifies the Jewish people, it was the nation that was born first, and then Christ says: "The Kingdom of God will be taken from you." Such a great blessing which is the blessing of the birthright, it says: "It will be given to another people, to another nation, that bears the fruits thereof (the fruits of the Kingdom)." Israel is the Church of the Old Covenant, the Old Testament, and the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ is the Church of the New Covenant, the New Testament, where the spiritual blessings have been coming for the last two thousand years, and all those spiritual blessings continue to come to the Church the Lord Jesus Christ, producing, creating people, producing the new birth in millions of human beings who have become part of the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ as the Mystical Body of believers. TOUGH NOT MINE ANOINTED, AND DO MY business of the Kingdom of Christ. And may the blessings of Christ the Angel of the Covenant, be upon you and your business; and that which He has said in His Word, in Deuteronomy, chapter 8, may become a reality in each of you and me too. Chapter 8, verse 17 onwards, from Deuteronomy, says: And thou say in thine heart, My power and the might of mine hand have gotten me this wealth. But thou shalt remember the LORD thy God: for it is he that giveth thee power to get wealth, that He may establish His covenant which He sware unto thy fathers, as it is this day. God said that He would bring them out with great substance and thus He did. It was not the strength of the people but by the promise He had made to them, and gave them power to get wealth. And in order for them to come out with great substance out of Egypt, He told them the secret: He told them to ask for jewels of silver, gold, and so on, to the Egyptians, and they gave the Jews everything they asked for; and more: since they wanted them to leave, they gave them so that they'd just go. That was the way God had reserved to give them these riches; but He never told Abraham how, because it was not the time to fulfill that promise. I wish that we all leave this Earth in glorified bodies, with great wealth, therefore, let s work in the Work of the Lord, and wholeheartedly; and let s merge our business with the business of Christ the Angel of the Covenant; and thus let s lay up treasures in Heaven, in the Kingdom of Jesus Christ. The business which the reverend and missionary, Dr. Miguel Bermudez Marin, spoke of, it's good, to produce many benefits in order to work in the Lord's Work, and to have a better financial situation in the family. And that will be helpful for the prosperity not only of the family and the Church, but of the community in which you live, and thus to benefit the city and the state and the country where the person lives. It will be prosperous, not only for the individual but for the nation as well.

WILLIAM SOTO SANTIAGO the Lord we are multiplying what He has given us; and when we multiply what He has given us, that s what we will receive, He will not take away from us, we will have it in the Kingdom of the Lord. He tells us to negotiate; and in the Lord's business we should be negotiating with the talents He has given us, to be about the Lord's business. And with what He has given us we can buy things, multiply them for the Work of the Lord, we can negotiate, set up businesses for the Work of the Lord, to produce for the Work of the Lord, and therefore, to produce for your family also; but to have at heart the Lord's Work first. In many businesses a person can buy a product or can buy a kit and thereby multiply the amount invested; and with the purpose, therefore, to make the most for the Work of the Lord, just as Christ did the most for us by giving His Life, that's the most, for us, so that we might be rich in Him and in His Kingdom, and to live eternally. So, it is not bad to invest money in businesses that produce much to contribute the most to the Lord's Work. That pleases God: That Work of the Lord should come first, the Lord's business, working on all the promises He has made to be fulfilled in our midst in the fourth generation, the golden generation of the Church, the generation of the Cornerstone, the Cornerstone Age; it is there where the people will come out with great substance, everyone who has worked in the Lord's Work will leave this Earth. Those who died: the resurrection in glorified bodies with all the work they did, which will be rewarded by Christ. And we which are alive: our work shall follow us, our works also. And therefore, we will leave with great substance. Because our wealth is Christ and His Work, His business, in which we work wholeheartedly, without anyone forcing us, seeing the opportunities of work that are the Lord's Work. Therefore, I agree with Miguel, in that which pertains to believers to have business to merge with Christ's business, the TOUGH NOT MINE ANOINTED, AND DO MY... 7 "Touch not My anointed": the members of the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ, the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ as the Mystical Body of believers, as a spiritual Temple. And "Harm not Mine Anointed": "My prophets" the different messengers that Christ sends from stage to stage, because He said He would send prophets and wise men to His Church. And we find that the Scripture says that He has placed in His Church apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers. Ephesians, chapter 4, verse 11. "Touch not My anointed": In the New Covenant, the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ composed of every believer in Christ. And do my prophets no harm" He sends messengers from age to age. "Do my prophets no harm," starting with Peter and Paul, and going through the different messengers of the Church among the Gentiles, until our time. Christ says that whoever gives a cup of cold water to one of these little ones or my little brethren, he will not lose his reward, therefore, the words spoken to Israel as a people: "He who bless thee will be blessed, and whoever curses thee will be cursed," which were the same blessings for Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, and therefore, it passes to Abraham s offspring through the Patriarchs descendants of Jacob which make up the people of Israel. It is important to know that he that blesses Israel will be blessed; and whoever curses Israel will be cursed. As it was with the one who would bless Abraham would be blessed; and he that would curse him would be cursed. So it was also with Isaac and with Jacob. And now, under the New Covenant it is so with the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ as the Mystical Body of believers, and with every believer in Christ, and with every messenger of Christ from age to age. In the time of Moses God fulfilled what He had said to Abraham in Genesis, chapter 15, and some people did not know how would this that was promised by God to the descendants of

8 8 DR. WILLIAM SOTO SANTIAGO Abraham would be fulfilled. Chapter 15, verse 12 onwards, says, of Genesis: And when the sun was going down, a deep sleep fell upon Abram; and, lo, an horror of great darkness fell upon him. And he said unto Abram, Know of a surety that thy seed shall be a stranger in a land that is not theirs, and shall serve them; and they shall afflict them four hundred years; And also that nation, whom they shall serve, will I judge: and afterward shall they come out with great substance. Here the promise is that they would come out of bondage and out of the nation where they would be as slaves, they would come out with great substance. How could this be possible? It was not humanly possible. But is there anything impossible for God? There is not. And God said they would come out with great substance, and He did not explain the mechanics, the mechanics that would produce that wealth. He who works as a slave has no income, therefore, it would not be that they would be working and saving to become rich. For each time the mechanics is there for accomplishing what God promises; and when that mechanism is revealed to for the people to do according to what should be done, it will produce what God said, what God promised to give to the people. Here He promises to the seed of Abraham that they will come out of slavery with a great substance. And that which seemed impossible, was possible for God. And thou shalt go to thy fathers in peace; thou shalt be buried in a good old age. But in the fourth generation they shall come hither again In the fourth generation then, was that they would get that wealth. In the fourth generation. Remember that life arises, emerges, in the previous fourth generation; and therefore, in the fourth generation before the exodus, the life of every promise concerning the exodus was already there; potentially they had everything, but it was TOUGH NOT MINE ANOINTED, AND DO MY generation of Israel in Egypt, we have a responsibility with Christ regarding the talents He has given us, and we have to face this in a responsible way. There is no excuse before the Lord to hide the talent, to keep the mine or talents God has given us. He has placed us on this earth and in His Church to work, and we can say like Jesus Christ at age 12: "About my Father's business I must be," we can say: "In the business of, the second Adam, Jesus Christ, our Father, we must be, and to be working." The reward in the Kingdom of God will depend in that work. Now how will we become rich? For all the work that has been done will have its reward, and there are the riches we will have in the Millennial Kingdom and for all eternity. Remember that those who received mines and also those who received talents (the same parable using another currency and other amount), that which they earned and what was given to them, the Lord did not take it away from them, to those who worked, but He left it with them. In plainer words, He was giving them talent or mines to multiply them and for them to become rich in the Kingdom of the Messiah. We can all become abundantly rich in the coming Kingdom. How? By working with talents or mines or the mine He has given us. How are we going to do? Physically, with the blessings He has given us and we have obtained money: working in the Work of the Lord, placing in the Work of the Lord what our heart desires to place economically or whatever we do: for our soul wants to be rich in the Kingdom of Christ; the fact is that nobody wants to be poor, therefore, He says: "Do business, till I come." What He gives us, we have been called to multiply it. If He gives us a mine, multiply it tenfold, if He gives us ten talents, multiplied it by ten. In the Lord's Work in the Lord's business, it is not a matter of losing, it is a matter of gaining, therefore, it is not a matter of subtracting, but of multiplying. Multiplying the work and whatever we put in the Work of

9 12 DR. WILLIAM SOTO SANTIAGO shall reign on the Earth, it says: for a thousand years (in some places), and then for all eternity. And the second came, saying, Lord, thy pound hath gained five pounds. And he said likewise to him, Be thou also over five cities. He who worked hard and did much: his reward, his reward shall be great; he who made less: well, his reward will be lower than that of whom did much, and he who did nothing with the mine that was given him: the mine was taken from him, and was told by the Lord: And another came, saying, Lord, behold, here is thy pound, which I have kept laid up in a napkin (remember a mine was a coin of that time); For I feared thee, because thou art an austere man: thou takest up that thou layedst not down, and reapest that thou didst not sow. And he saith unto him, Out of thine own mouth will I judge thee, thou wicked servant. Thou knewest that I was an austere man, taking up that I laid not down, and reaping that I did not sow: Wherefore then gavest not thou my money into the bank, that at my coming I might have required mine own with usury? And he said unto them that stood by, Take from him the pound, and give it to him that hath ten pounds. And they said unto him, Lord, he hath ten pounds. For I say unto you, That unto every one which hath shall be given; and from him that hath not, even that he hath shall be taken away from him. With these two parables anyone has to understand that he is on this Earth to work in the business of the Lord Jesus Christ: one way or the other, he has to work in the Lord's Work. On this work depends the reward you will receive: "Behold I come quickly, and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be." Revelation 22, verse 12. Therefore, in our time, which is parallel to the fourth TOUGH NOT MINE ANOINTED, AND DO MY... 9 potentially, life was already there, the life of what God would do for Israel. That Word would be quickened in the fourth generation, brought to life, brought into fulfillment. We find these things in the midst of Israel, and in the midst of the Church. Which is the fourth generation? For the fourth generation is the one that has the promise of the realization of liberation from slavery. We find that God will deliver His children in the Last Day: those who died He will deliver them from phisical death by resurrecting them in glorified bodies, and we which are alive will be changed, and this corresponds to the fourth generation. We've had a Lutheran generation in the program of restoration, we had a second generation with Wesley, and we had a third Pentecostal generation in Church of the Lord Jesus Christ; and that Pentecostal age is the seventh Church age, represented in the church of Laodicea, that existed in Asia Minor. And then we move on to a fourth generation, where the promises for the Last Day will be fulfilled and they will receive that deliverance, that third Exodus for the Last Day, whereby we will be removed from this earthly dimension by being changed those who are alive, and the dead will be resurrected in eternal bodies. This fourth generation corresponds to the Golden Age of the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ, which is the Age of the Cornerstone, which comes after the seventh stage or seventh Church Age, which, in the restoration program is the third generation; just as the first generation of the restoration program was the Lutheran generation, the second stage or second generation was the Wesleyan generation and the third generation was the Pentecostal generation. And where is the fourth generation? That is the generation where the exodus will be fulfilled to come out of this earthly realm and enter the Kingdom of God with physical eternal Life, with physical, glorified bodies. Where are the riches, then? To begin with, a glorified body

WILLIAM SOTO SANTIAGO is the greatest substance a person can receive, because it is immortal, glorified, it is inter dimensional, it is young for all eternity, is in the likeness of Christ's glorified physical body. And so millions of believers in Christ will gain full restoration to eternal Life, from which Adam and Eve fell. And that will be the adoption or redemption of the body, which is what the believers in Christ are lacking, for they have been getting the spiritual side from age to age. What other riches can or will have the believers in Christ of the Last Day in this Third Exodus? He said: "Lay up treasures in Heaven, where moth and rust do not corrupt and where thieves do not steal." What you store up in the Kingdom of God no one can take it away from you. It is a safe place lay up treasures. Which are obtained by working with the talents that Christ has given to all who believe in Him, and therefore, to His Church, for as there are talents for individuals, there are talents to the Church. In the parable of the talents and the parable of the pounds it gives us a clear picture of those blessings: talent or mines, in both cases it is money, and it is given to be multiplied. The one, who received ten talents, multiplied it and earned ten more; he who received five, he multiplied it and earned five more; and he who received one, he would not work in the Work of the Lord to multiply that talent and buried it; so, he was an evil servant in the presence of Him who gave him the talent. That was all he could manage according to the ability he had. And the talents do not get lost, the person loses it if he does not work in the Lord's Work with that or those talents, but the talents are not lost: it was given to him who had more; it was taken away from him that had one, because he didn t use it, he gave it back, and it was given to him who had ten. In the parable also of the mines, which is also money, ten servants were handed ten talents, one for each servant: Luke, chapter 19, verses 12 to 26; and about talents it is found in Matthew, chapter 25, verses 14 to 30. TOUGH NOT MINE ANOINTED, AND DO MY In the mines, each one had a talent, the same amount, and he who had a talent... each one received it to work on the Lord's Work. Notice, this is given by a noble Man, in other words, a Man of the royalty, a Man descendant from king David, Jesus Christ. And He had to go to receive a Kingdom and return. He charged His Kingdom to His servants, to work in the Work, He gives them the ability, the ministries, the gifts and so on, and provides economically also to work in His Work; for mines and talents in this parable is money, money that was given to them, which is a type and figure of what God has given to every believer in Christ to work in the Lord's Work. Verse 15 of chapter 19 of St. Luke: And it came to pass, that when he was returned, having received the kingdom, then he commanded these servants to be called unto him, to whom he had given the money (See?), that he might know how much every man had gained by trading. "About my Father's business I must be," said Christ, in other words, fulfilling what was promised for that time. And about Christ s business in the midst of His Church, we should be working according to the promises for that time, things that have to be carried out; and those which the Church of the Lord as an instrument of the Holy Spirit has to carry out. Then came the first, saying, Lord, thy pound hath gained ten pounds (ten times more than what he had received). And he said unto him, Well, thou good servant: because thou hast been faithful in a very little, have thou authority over ten cities. And now, here it speaks to us about what will the Messiah's Kingdom be like on this Earth, which will rule over nations, peoples and tongues, including cities. And He will distribute-in this Kingdom-cities, to believers in Christ who will be along with their messenger ruling on this Earth; for they are kings and priests and judges who believe in Christ, because they have been washed by the Blood of the Lamb; and has made us unto our God kings and priests: and we
