The 2012 Seabreeze collusion During announcements, 18 October 2011, it was announced by Mr. David Fraser that the brethren should not book ahead for the 2012 Feast of tabernacles at Seabreeze in George as it was not yet certain where God would place his name for the 2012 FOT. (It has been sort of the tradition to book ahead at Seabreeze for the following FOT) Mr. Fraser announced that the church would be scouting around for a 2012 FOT site and that all the brethren should pray about it. During November it was announced that a suitable site for the 2012 FOT may have been found and the feast site would need to be approved. It was said by one of the brethren that the proposed site would be at the suikerbosrand area close to Heidelburg. On the 10 th of December Messrs. Max Rummler, Gerry Meaker, George Ghithembi and David Fraser were in Johannesburg, it was announced that Mr. Fraser would be going back to Australia. It was also announced that Messrs Gerry Meaker and Bernard Wakelin would be in charge of the South African brethren. On the 17 th of December 2011 a regional announcement from Mr. Rummler was read out that the 2012 FOT site would again be in George, it was also announced that Mr. Fraser would be leaving for Australia on the 19 th December (Mr. Fraser gave a sermonette on that Sabbath and spoke of Paul being taken away- the members were commended to God and Satan attacked. The members could not remain loyal; they sorrowed for Paul instead of sorrowing for the grievous wolves which would come in. We must get together often as a family and build unity. We must be able to stand alone, fear the lord, and always remember the law, work out our own salvation and do not murmur or dispute.) I have attached the notes which I took on the sermonette which MR Fraser gave On the 24 th of December 2011 it was announced that the brethren could book for the 2012 FOT at Seabreeze and that the rates would be better than that of last year as the church had secured a better rate by booking all the cabanas. It was announced that the brethren should only start booking for accommodation from the 1 st May until the 31 st May through Mrs. Wakelin. Late March, early April a document (Exhibit D ) was made available on the information desk with the cabana unit rates for the duration of the FOT. This document was generated by the Seabreeze establishment on the 21 st December 2011 at 18h08. Proof that this was the original document generated by Seabreeze is on the back of this document, the Seabreeze cancellation policy, some rules and the booking in and booking out times are depicted on the rear of this document. (Exhibit D1 ) On the 1 st of May 2012 I phoned Mrs. Wakelin and booked cabana no 35. (In South Africa the 1 st of May is a public holiday) I told Mrs. Wakelin that we would be three sharing the cabana. Mrs. Wakelin told me that the rate per day for cabana 35 would be R per day for two sharing and that for a third person sharing it would then be R per night. (This is R50.00 more per day than the cabana rate document which was on the information desk, exhibit D ) Mrs. Wakelin told me that she would book no 35 under my name and that I had to pay a deposit of R1400 into the church account within seven days. She told me that she would send

2 me the booking letter on the 2 nd May I told Mrs. Wakelin that I want to come down to the feast site two days before the FOT commences. Mrs. Wakelin told me that I would have to book any extra days directly with the Seabreeze establishment as the church has only booked the venue for the duration of the FOT Arriving and departing A little later during the day Mrs. Wakelin phoned me and told me that no 35 is a four bedroom cabana, and seeing as we are only three who would be in the cabana, would I not prefer a three bedroom cabana. I agreed, and then told Mrs. Wakelin to rather book cabana no 37 for me. She again confirmed that she would send the booking confirmation On 2 nd May 2012 when I got home from work I Phoned Seabreeze and told Ronel that I was part of the PCG group and would like to secure cabana no 37 for the two days prior to the commencement of the FOT. (28 th and 29 th September 2012) Ronel told me that Seabreeze has given the church a reduced rate on each of the cabanas and that she would charge me the same rate that Seabreeze has charged the church for the two extra nights that I want to book. (R per night for two sharing and an extra charge of R for additional persons per night) Ronel told me that Mr. & Mrs. Wakelin have booked cabana no 6 for the FOT. Ronel told me that the churches account with Seabreeze is R percent of R Ronel told me that of all the cabanas available, the church did not book cabana no 37. When Ronel told me that cabana no 37 had not been booked by the church I then asked her to book cabana no 37 for me for the whole duration of the FOT, and to send me a booking confirmation. On 3 rd May 2012 I went through to one of our mining contracting sites, Two Rivers Platinum, near the town of Lydenburg 400KM from my home. I only got back home late afternoon on the 4 th May I checked my s and saw that Mrs. Wakelin had sent me a booking confirmation letter on (Exhibit B1 ) For the Nine nights Mrs. Wakelin charged R per night for three persons sharing. I also noted that I had received a booking confirmation from Seabreeze, for the same nine nights Seabreeze charged R per night for three persons sharing. (Exhibits C & C1) I immediately phoned Seabreeze and spoke with Devon, I first confirmed that no 37 had not been booked for the time period of the FOT by the church and then asked Devon to secure the booking of cabana no 37 for me arriving and departing (Eleven nights) I paid the deposit of R (50 percent of R ) on into the Seabreeze account. (Exhibit no C2 ) On 12 th May 2012 I ed Mrs. Wakelin and told her that I had booked cabana no 37 through Seabreeze as the cabana had not been booked by the church, this being the case at least cabana no 37 would be occupied by PCG members. I also expressed to her that I was quite pleased because the rate that the church was charging was R50.00 more per day than what Seabreeze was charging. (Exhibit E ) On I left home at 04h00 for Two Rivers Platinum mine and only got back home late afternoon on On I checked my s and found an sent by Mrs. Wakelin sent at 10h16, she told me that Seabreeze had made a mistake and that cabana no 37 had definitely been booked by the church and that she had asked Ronel to refund me R minus the two extra days I booked before the FOT. (R ) (Exhibit F ) Mrs. Wakelin also sent me a

3 new Booking letter requiring a deposit of R to be paid into the church account by (Exhibit F1 ) I also found an sent on at 10h49 by Ronel from Seabreeze saying that Mrs. Wakelin had contacted her and told her that the PCG group had already paid my deposit for the accommodation in cabana no 37 from until , and that Seabreeze would refund me the portion which was paid by the church. (Exhibit F2) On I ed my banking details to Ronel at Seabreeze. (Exhibit F3 ) I Phoned Mrs. Wakelin and told her that I would not be able to pay the deposit required by the 18 th may 2012 as I would be on one of our shaft sinking sites in Balfour on that day, and that I would pay the required deposit early the following week. I also asked Mrs. Wakelin why is it that she is charging R50.00 more per day for the Seabreeze accommodation as the cabana rates on the information desk are R50.00 cheaper. (Exhibit G and Exhibit D ) Mrs. Wakelin asked me to the document which was on the information desk at Sabbath services for many weeks, which I did. (Exhibit G1 ) On I received an from Mrs. Wakelin informing me that the list of cabana costs on the information desk is confusing and that it was not the list mailed at the end of March, she said that Mr. Trietsch had been contacted and that the correct cabana rates would be available on the information desk on the Sabbath of the (Exhibit H ) I phoned Mr. Trietsch regarding the matter and Mr. Trietsch told me that he had been contacted by a very angry Mr. Meaker wanting to know how it was that I had acquired a copy of the cabana rates. Mr. Meaker instructed Mr. Trietsch to remove the list of cabana rates from the information table, (Exhibit D ) and replace it with the altered list of cabana rates. (Exhibit H1 ) Mr. Trietsch wrote the date, and signed, on the new cabana rate list which he received from Mrs. Wakelin. On the altered list of cabana rates was on the information table. Each cabana rate has been increased with R Cabana no 6 is not featured on the altered list. (Exhibit H1 ) This is the cabana which was secured by Mr. and Mrs. Wakelin even before the 1 st of May Please note that cabana no 9 is not available on the altered list which was sent by Mrs. Wakelin on this is the cabana in which Mr. & Mrs. Aaron Hudson stayed for the FOT. (Exhibit H1 ) I am mentioning this as additional proof that the cabana rate document which was on the information desk is not the same as the one which was placed on the information desk and not because I have an issue with who stays where. It is way to easy to read another meaning into something said or written. On I paid the required deposit into the PCG account. (Exhibit J ) On Mrs. Wakelin sent me an confirming my deposit payment and attached a Feast accommodation letter. (Exhibit J1 ) On I paid the balance of R for the 2012 FOT accommodation into the PCG account, and received the confirmation letter thereof from MRS Wakelin via on (Exhibit J2 ) One of our brethren is in quite a predicament due to the circumstances. He has been attending the FOT for 26 years. He is a pensioner and cannot afford the Seabreeze rates; he booked at Herolds bay in George for the FOT which is R cheaper than Seabreeze. He has been

4 told that he may not book at Herolds bay. He tells me that if he goes to the FOT and resides at Herolds bay he will be in trouble with the ministry, and if he does not attend the FOT due to his inability to afford the exorbitant rates at Seabreeze, he will be in trouble with God. (Confusion)This is only but one case, a number of other brethren are in a very similar position.
