2 A Letter from Abbie Hey youth leaders! Recently I was hanging out with a youth from our church, listening as they spoke about a yearning for more in their relationship with Jesus. It struck me how common of an experience that is- not just for our youth, but for all of us. Sometimes the routine and to-do lists of our every day can be so distracting from the greater work that God is doing in and around us. Over the last few years, this vision of 365 has taught me so much about approaching each day as a new opportunity to realign and step in to the life that God has invited me to live. I have also been so deeply encouraged by the bigger picture that we get to glimpse when we gather all together each year. We are praying that what you and your students experience each year at 365 will be a catalyst toward walking closer in step with Jesus every day. This year, we are praying that your youth will walk away from our weekend together passionate about the truth that there is more As we dig in to Ephesians 3:17-21, we believe that we will discover there is more to be found and experienced through Jesus than we have previously known: more love, more purpose, more fullness, more peace, more possible through community, MORE than anything we can ask or imagine. In a world that shouts of not enough, our God of abundance is whispering, There is more I can t wait to listen, learn, celebrate, and live together when we join together again at The Westin Indianapolis this November 2nd-4th. In this packet, you will find all the information you need regarding registration, schedule, and other details to help your group prepare for the weekend. We hope you will take note of the YPC application, and prayerfully consider students in your group who you may recommend applying for the team. YPC has been an integral part of my 365 story since I joined the team as a 10th grader. Each year, the YPC team sets the theme verse, and we love to watch the ways God moves as they offer their unique gifts and leadership. Please let us know if you have questions. 3 2018 Lineup Speaker Kylee Larson There is no end to the love our God has for us. God is not hiding, not withholding, not scarce. Our God is right here, right now, inviting us every day into more: more wholeness, more meaning, more healing, more love. It is my prayer for 365 that we hear the invitation loudly and clearly. That we are able to wholeheartedly answer back: yes! Worship 365 Band Featuring Isaac Vining, CJ Lukas, Nancy & Logan Hendrickson, Evan Ferrell, Dylan Zyrowski, & AJ Miller This year s 365 band has been leading worship together at churches, conferences, universities and worship nights since they met at Anderson University in Some of their stories are rooted in a calling God ignited while they were students at this very gathering. They care deeply about building the local church and leading people toward real encounters with God.

4 Registration Information Registration Fees: Early Registration (September 1 st - September 25 th ): $80 Regular Registration (September 26 th - October 19 th ): $95 Late or At the Door Registration: $105 Online Registration Closes October 24th Churches are responsible for booking their own hotel rooms at the Westin. Please see the next page for hotel information. Online registration and payments must be completed by the deadline to receive the regular rate. There are no exceptions. A registration is not complete until the online registration is complete. Payment is expected with registration and an online check (ACH) is preferred. If you are mailing a check, please do so immediately upon completing the online registration process. The only way to pre-register for 365 is online or at the door after October 24th. If you cancel prior to October 12 th, we will issue you a refund minus a $25 fee. If you cancel after October 12 th, there are no refunds. However, you can switch a registration name at any time. Hotel fees: In order to honor our hotel contract, we must meet our minimum guarantee of contracted rooms. For this reason, if your group chooses to stay at a hotel other than the Westin, there will be a $20 fee added to each individual s registration fee. Steps to register online: 1. Visit Indiana Ministries website at: 2. Click Ministries tab, select Students and click Register on the 365 event (Registration open 9/1/2018) 3. Please create an account for your registrations. This will allow you to go in and make changes/additions at a later time. Please note that if you select the mail payment option, make your checks payable to Indiana Ministries and note 365 in the memo line. Mail to: Olio Road, Ste. 303, Fishers, IN Waivers for each student and adult present at 365 MUST be presented at the onsite registration table. We encourage you to keep a copy of these at the church and also bring a folder of the copies with you to 365. We ll be taking our 365 offering during the Saturday afternoon worship time. We challenge each student to save up and bring at least $20 to give!

5 Hotel Information Indiana Ministries has contracted with the Westin Hotel. In order to honor our hotel contract, we must meet our minimum guarantee. For this reason, if your group chooses to not stay at contracted convention hotel, there will be an additional $20 added to each person s registration fee. You make your own hotel reservation! To make your reservation you will need to Andrea Galvan at andrea.galvan@westinindianapolis.com with the number of rooms you are requesting. She will return s (in the order that she receives them) with a specific code for you to use when calling the hotel to book your rooms. She will also give you any other pertinent information/instructions. You may begin ing her and booking rooms on 9/1/18. HOTEL Cost of Lodging per Night Self- Parking Valet In & Out Privileges Westin $162 (sleeps 4) $40-45 $45 Self-parking-No Valet-Unlimited Large Vans or Buses won t fit in a standard Height parking cannot spot exceed 6.89ft. *Parking rates are subject to change. Parking Garage (Self-parking) is not under the management of the Westin. They cannot step in to correct any issues. The garage is totally automated, and you may only use a credit card. Valet parking is recommended as the Westin does control that operation. Also, there is a parking garage on Capitol Avenue called Gate 10 Parking that can accommodate 15 passenger vans, buses and any other oversized vehicles. The Westin garage will NOT accommodate 15 passenger vans or larger. You can contact Gate10 (gatetenevents@gmail.com) prior to event to reserve a space. If you are parking cars, an option is You will be able to reserve a spot for much cheaper but you may have to walk a bit. *Tax is not included in the cost of lodging. Hotel tax is currently 17%. Plan for this additional expense. There are a very limited number of adjoining standard rooms ($162 each) that can be requested. They will be reserved on a first come, first served basis. There are a few other adjoining rooms that are attached to suites. Some are king suites, and some are queen suites. The price for these are $209 for the suite and $162 for the adjoining room. There is one other option and that is a corner king suite attached to another king room. The cost for this is $234 plus $162. If all our blocked rooms become filled, or you register after October 12th, we cannot guarantee you a 365 event rate. Call Cindy at Indiana Ministries ( ) prior to making other hotel arrangements to make sure something hasn t become available. You will be able to make your own reservations wherever you choose if all rooms are taken but won t get the discounted 365 event rate. Please call Cindy at IM if you have rooms reserved that you no longer need. DO NOT CALL THE HOTEL AND CANCEL THE ROOMS. We will work internally to distribute those rooms to other groups that might need additional rooms.
