2 Greetings my sisters in Christ! I pray God s continued blessings upon you as we join to celebrate Women s Day 2018!!! Our theme for this year, Fully Committed lines up with God s vision for His children and Pastor Rowland s vision for the New Piney Grove Church Family. The word of God declares that we are to be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord (I Corinthians 15: 58) God has been fully committed to us. He gave His only begotten son to die a very painful and humiliating death on a cross for sinners like us. Why? Because He loved us so much!! The Bible says that while we were yet sinning Christ died for us. We experience God s faithfulness and loving kindness anew every morning. All that we need, His hands provide. Great is God s faithfulness unto us!!! We serve a great God!!! The very least that we can do is to be fully committed to Him. Let us never forget (2 Chronicles 16:9) For the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth, seeking to show Himself strong on behalf of those who heart is loyal (or fully committed) to Him. I want to say a special thank you to the Women who have provided leadership for Women Day Thank you for your sacrifice of time and service for our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Your work has not gone unnoticed. May God continue to bless and keep you. Love you, First Lady Rowland

3 Our Guest Speaker Teeda Dorsey-Daniel, is a humble servant of the Lord Jesus Christ. Her main objective, through her teaching and speaking, is for people to know God's great love and call them into a personal relationship with God through his word. She has served in various leadership positions during her church experience, including Superintendent of Sunday School and Women's Group Leader. She has been a public speaker for more than 25 yrs. Teeda is a happy retiree after fulfilling 34 years in the Human Resources field. She is considered as a leader, teacher, counselor and a friend to all she meets. Her personal philosophy is "If I can help someone during my life's journey", then my living will not be in vain. She is the mother of 3 daughters and proud grandmother of 5.
