The opportunity to study and visit Washington D.C. represents many introductions: first trip to Salt Lake City, first airplane ride, first friends outside their town, even first hotel. Their first visit to our nation s capitol becomes an important milestone in their lives. On the journey to Washington D.C., they learn how history has paved their way, and why their dreams are possible. Since 2006, Beehive Drive has awarded $713,317 in scholarships to 312 students throughout Utah. We are proud of our children and how they have grown. Months ahead of the annual event, we visit with community leaders and schools to tailor grants and scholarships to meet their unique needs. In exchange, we ask: 1. Scholarships are awarded to children who have a strong desire to continue to college and would otherwise be unable to attend. When the event day finally comes, the excitement has grown. 13 Track Day and Gala & Auction Package Join Us for Our One-Day Track Experience and Gala & Auction JULY 10TH Drive your own high-performance sports-car on one of the most awarded tracks in the world at Utah Motorsports Campus in Tooele-- great alternative for those who can t join us for the entire week. Space is limited to 10 cars. Each Track Day and Gala & Auction Package includes one driver and one guest for the day. Drive Safety & Requirements All vehicles are required to pass a BHD technical inspection on the morning of July 10,, before participating in any BHD activities.

Each participant is solely responsible for the mechanical soundness of his/her vehicle.

By April 13,, participants are required to provide vehicle registration, VIN#, and proof of liability insurance--utah law requires minimum levels of $25,000 per person, $65,000 per incident, and

16 Drive Safety & Requirements All vehicles are required to pass a BHD technical inspection on the morning of July 10,, before participating in any BHD activities. As a minimum, all vehicles must be mechanically sound and equipped with safety belts and suitable high-speed tires. The BHD inspection is advisory only. Each participant is solely responsible for the mechanical soundness of his/her vehicle. Each participant, including co-driver/passengers is required to sign a waiver of liability as a condition of entry to the BHD. Special BHD legal parade license plates will be issued to each car. By April 13,, participants are required to provide vehicle registration, VIN#, and proof of liability insurance--utah law requires minimum levels of $25,000 per person, $65,000 per incident, and $15,000 property damage. These documents may be uploaded using the online registration form at or mailed to Val Ekins at the address to the right. Substitutions of non-eligible cars will not be permitted. This policy is strictly enforced to ensure the integrity of the event. A special squadron of Utah Highway Patrol Motors will accompany the BHD to facilitate traffic, provide communication, and arrange break-down assistance. All BHD drivers must observe all traffic laws. Infraction of traffic laws is grounds for expulsion from the BHD. All drivers and passengers are required to wear helmets at the racetrack.
