2 Guidance To the parents: This booklet has been introduced to star and improve your child s Wudhu, Adhan and qamah and Salaah. You are therefore advised to go through this booklet with your child before and after the assessment, for maximum benefit. Please make note of any comments the assessors may have made. Furthermore, all those acts completed successfully will have been ticked, whilst the highlighted sections indicates the mistakes that took place during the assessment. The team effort of the assessors and the parents will nshallah help raise the standards of our children. To the Assessor: Please use the following procedure to star the student: A. While the student is performing the assessment: 1) Tick all the actions and recitations that were performed correctly. 2) Underline areas that were performed or recited incorrectly. 3) Comment on the performance and recitation on the stars and comments page. B. Once the assessment is complete the assessor should provide feedback in the stars and comments section of the assessment booklet AND go through the booklet with the student telling them of corrections that have been made and where improvement is still required. C. Hand the booklet over to admin so a certificate can be awarded. This Wudhu and Salaah Assessment has been endorsed by the slamic Education Board of The World Federation and has been prepared by the Education Committee of the Council of European Jamaats for the use by Madrasah in their assessment process. t has been adapted to meet the needs of Sharikatul Hussain Saturday Workshop. 2
