3 Fursan Al-Balagh Media - Safar 1435 A.H December On the path of uniting the word of the mujahidin: Statement of declaring the accession of Jamaat (Humat Al-Dawah Al-Salafiya) to Al-Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb احلمد هلل وحده والصالة والسالم على من ال نيب بعده وعلى آله وصحبه والتابعني هلم إبحسان إىل يوم الدين أما بعد: In compliance to the order Allah Almighty in His saying: (And hold fast by the covenant of Allah all together and be not disunited) 103 Surah Aal-e-Imran. Keenness to please Allah Almighty as mentioned in his saying peace and blessings be upon him as narrated by Ahmed in his Musnad through Abu Hurairah in a traceable Hadith: Allah is pleased with three things from you, and He is angry with three things from you. He is pleased that you worship Him and do not associate anything with Him, and that you take hold of the rope of Allah altogether, and that you give good counsel to the one to whom Allah gives command over you the Hadith. And the saying of Ibn Massoud may Allah be pleased with him: O people obey and be united, since it is the covenant of Allah ordered by Him, and what you hate in unity is better than what you like in division Our brothers in the Algerian Jamaat Humat Al-Dawah Al-Salafiya (Protectors of the Salafi Dawah) decided to accession to Al-Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb so that in the whole Maghreb there be one undivided Jamaat. By sending these tidings to the people of jihad and their supporters in the Islamic Maghreb and all other blessed arenas of jihad, and the Muslims in general, we emphasize to workers in the field of Dawah and fighting the importance of uniting to establish the religion of Allah Almighty, and the necessity to denounce partisanship and zealotry to entities for favor of the common public interest, which includes the interest of unification and mobilizing all the forces, and providing all the efforts to achieve the conditions of victory, Shaykh al-islam Ibn Taymiyyah rahimahullah said: This 3

4 Fursan Al-Balagh Media - Safar 1435 A.H December division that occurred in the Ummah between its Ulema, sheikhs, Amirs and seniors, necessitated the enemies domination on it until he said if the people were divided they will be corrupt and perish, and if they unite they will reform and have dominance, because unity is mercy and division is torture. That s why we advise ourselves and our brothers for more understanding and cooperation, and compaction of the ranks, and taming of the hearts on the path of establishing the righteous Khilafah on the methodology of prophethood. And we will publish in the coming days a video documenting this blessed unity Insha Allah.
