ROAD, KOLKATA NOTICE FOR ENGAGEMENT OF 1) INDEPENDENT EXTERNAL EXPERT (IEE) & 2) INDEPENDENT EXPERT (IE) ON MSME Allahabad Bank invites applications for engagement of 1) Independent External Expert & 2) Independent Expert on MSME in the committee for Revival & Rehabilitation of MSMEs at each of its 49 Zonal offices, 7 Field General Manager offices and Head Office. Eligibility:- Individuals with a minimum exposure of three years in credit related issues of MSME sector having a working knowledge of financial analysis and residing at the place for which application is made. ii. iii. iv. Age:- Maximum age will not be more than 65 years. Remuneration: - Rs. 1000/ per committee meeting. Contract Period:- Engagement will be on contract basis for a period of one year, subject to annual review on the basis of satisfactory performance. v. Roles & Responsibilities:- Participate in the Committee meetings for carrying out Corrective Action Plan for studying the Techno Economic Viability of the project alongwith its feasibility and bankability and provide suitable inputs for revival, rehabilitation and recovery of the stressed MSME accounts upto loan limit of Rs 25 crore. vi. vii. viii. Discontinuation / Termination of services:- Respective Zonal Head/ FGM/ ED will be the competent authority to discontinue or terminate the services of IEE, if performance is not satisfactory and/ or any other reason, bank does not require their services. One month advance notice will be issued by bank & vice versa, in case the services are terminated by bank/iee quits the job. Mode of Selection:- Interview The Independent External Expert would have to execute an undertaking/code of secrecy for

8 not leaking out the details of the account. 2) Details for engagement of Independent Expert (IE) on MSME ix. Eligibility:- Retired executive of another Bank, not below the rank of AGM and having exposure in credit and residing at the place for which application is made. x. Contract Period:- Engagement will be on contract basis for a period of one year, subject to annual review on the basis of satisfactory performance.
