2 Technical Details and Specification ANNEXURE I OEM eligibility criteria SL. No Criteria All the switching, SFP + Modules, wireless solution along with wireless Intrusion prevention system to be from the same OEM. OEM letter confirming that products quoted will not be announced as end of sale for the next 5 years. Manufacturer should have the India registered office with switching & wireless R & D lab. GTAC centre in India with 100% insourced support. MAF from the manufacturer authorizing the bidder to quote for their products. Compliance Yes/No Document Enclosed 6 OEM to be listed in the Gartner magic quadrant.

3 MANDATORY ALL DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED SL No Technical Eligibility The bidder must have experience in IT Infrastructure &Networking,Supply Installation, Testing & Commissioningworth 100 Lakhs in Single order in the last 5 years. Relevant Purchases Order to be enclosed. The bidder should have done business with any one of the State or Central Government organizations within last 5 Years. Relevant documents need to be submitted. The Bidder must be a registered Company, under Registrar of Companies, under the Companies Act, The bidder must have a relevant GST registration. The copies of the registration certificate to be enclosed. Copies of balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Account for last three years duly certified by the Charted Accountant of the bidder must be enclosed. Bidder should have a yearly turnover of minimum 3 Crore from past 3 years. Undertaking by the bidder on Rs stamp paper duly notarized stating that the bidder was not blacklisted by any State and Central Government Department / Agencies. The bidder should be a authorized partner for All the Equipment s/components supplied, and must be from Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)And Manufacture Authorization Form (MAF) needs to be enclosed from respective OEM s. The Bidder must have a fully equipped service center with qualified service engineers. The bidder team strength should have minimum 25 support Engineers. Bidder Company must be ISO 9001:2008 &27001: 2013 Certified. Relevant certificate needs to be submitted.
