2 House Rules 1. Please be seated in the hall 10 minutes before the start of assembly. Doors will close promptly at the start of each session. 2. Switch off cell phones and maintain silence during assembly. 3. It is mandatory for at least one parent to be present at all times while Bala Vihar session is in progress. 4. Parents should not socialize in the front lobby while assembly is in progress. Parents with infants are requested not to disturb sessions in progress. 5. Parents and children who arrive after start of the session should kindly wait outside the assembly hall quietly and not disturb the session in progress. 6. Parents are strongly encouraged to attend and participate in Study Groups. 7. Please follow all parking rules and park only in designated areas. 8. Maintain cleanliness of our Chinmaya Mission premises by keeping shoes only in the designated areas and in an orderly fashion. 9. No non-vegetarian food should be served in Chinmaya Mission premises, including items containing egg, lard, and animal gelatin products. 10. Serving and eating food should be done only in designated areas. 11. We would like to distribute only all-natural fruits and similar items as Prasad, and parents are requested to support us in this endeavor. 12. Members are encouraged to wear Indian clothes during the sessions. All Bala Vihar children are to wear appropriate attire. Torn or ripped jeans, tank tops etc. are not appropriate. 13. Only designated members are allowed to handle the thermostats, operate the audio/video equipment and handle CMB property. 14. Only authorized persons are allowed in the office area. 15. Use trash bins to throw papers towels, diapers etc. Please do not use the toilet to flush such items. 16. No outside flyers should be displayed in Chinmaya Mission premises without proper authorization. 17. All advertisements about Chinmaya Mission or its activities require prior approval from CMB board. 18. Any renting of public facility on behalf of CMB, such as school auditorium, recreation parks for picnics etc., shall be done only after CMB board approval. 19. Any request to rent CMB premises or A/V equipment shall require approval from CMB board. 20. Refunds of registration payments will be honored only if refund request is made within 30 days after start of the session. No refund request will be entertained after the 30-day period has elapsed. There will be no exceptions to this rule. Membership fee of $50 is non-refundable. 21. Check our Facebook group for class delays and closures if the roads are unsafe to drive due to inclement weather we will be closed. We will update Facebook and parents about closures by 8:00 AM Sunday morning. 22. Pre-K, KG and 1 st grade parents are required to collect children from the class at the end of the session to avoid any accidental injury by kids running around. 11

Always let there be good accomplishment in my pursuit of learning. ब $दब&लम यश ध य$म नभ$य&म अर गत अज $म व #ट &म च हन मत!रण त भव त buddhirbalaṁ yaśo dhairyaṁ nirbhayatvaṁ arogatā ajādyaṁ vākpatutvaṁ cha hanumat smaranāt bhavet By remembering Hanumanji, one can gain wisdom, strength, success, courage, fearlessness, good health, lack of sluggishness, and eloquent oratory skills. 12

This apparent creation is full, complete. From Brahman this creation has come about.
