5 CPSW Support Group Forum When: Where: Wednesday 27 th August, from pm Lutheran Church (21 South Tce., ) Looking for new people from churches who are currently involved with schools, would like to be more involved in supporting their local school and would like to know more about Schools ministry. Light refreshments provided. This will be an opportunity for us to share together, and in particular discuss: the future of the Chaplaincy Programme ( following Federal Budget and High Court decision ) possible Models of Ministry and partnership arrangements DRAFT AGENDA ntroduce John Anderson and his role on the board Update on big issues High Court Challenge Media Finishing the NSCSWP 2014 program and year New NSCP Relationships with DECD & DOE & other partnerships MM with SMG & S/Gs roles and function and possible fee structures Schools Ministry Week activities & promotion Asking feedback End of term reports to S/Gs Schools they cover What makes a successful support group What information & resources would be helpful for SMG to supply/offer The Primary School invite members of the church communities to a special assembly at the Primary School on Wednesday 10th September at 2.30 to 3pm in the school gym. This assembly is to recognise the wonderful work of Christian Pastoral Care Worker, Marg Reimann and her contribution to the Primary School students and their families and staff. Special presentations about the importance of her work will be made as well as thanking the local churches who support the program. All welcome.
