18 Thumb Ball Students sit in a circle or on top of their desks. The beach ball is tossed from student to student. When a student catches it, note where his/her right thumb is placed. That is the term for them to recognize or solve.

19 Alphabet letters can be used for identification, or as a cue for language activities, such as naming an adjective that starts with the letter under the thumb. Numerals utilize both thumbs choose a function (addition, multiplication, etc.) before the game starts and apply to the two numbers.

20 Block Towers Jenga Rhythm: Students will be able to read rhythms. I bought several Jenga games and I drew various rhythms on them. Students set the game up like a normal Jenga game. They use the dice to determine the player order. The first player pulls one Jenga block out using only one hand. Then, they read the rhythm out loud to the group and the group echos it back. 23 Smack Down- Vocabulary words, terms (or solutions to math equations, etc.) are shown onto a white board or on printed cards placed on the floor. The teacher gives the definition and the first person to smack the correct term wins a point for their team.
