13 Healthy Cook-Off Challenge One Faith, Goal: to bring awareness to the contents of recipes and encourage creativity and mindfulness during cooking while fostering positive work relationships Have participants bring a healthy dish to face-off with their co-workers Can limit it to a certain meal (lunch, dinner) or type of food (appetizer, salad, snack under 200 calories) Have a taste panel of the submissions, have judges or have the entire staff vote on the winner Possible prize: Cook book, oven mitts or cooking utensil 13

14 Water Infusion Challenge One Faith, Goal: to increase water intake by offering new ways to flavor it Much like a cook-off, just easier (no cooking required) Have participants create their own infused water recipe Take water and add fruits and herbs to make tasty and creativity concoctions Have a taste panel of the submissions, have judges or have the entire staff vote on the winner Possible prize: water infuser or water bottle 14

15 One Faith, Sleep Challenge Goal: to encourage mindfulness about sleep habits and sleep adequacy Have participants keep a sleep diary For every week a sleep diary is submitted to Wellness Champ, one entry goes into drawing At the end of the month, draw a winner Possible prize: new pillow, bubble bath, throw blanket, or eye mask 15
