1 MINISTRY INFORMATION CHILDREN S MINISTRY SILENT PAGING: We have a digital silent paging system for our parents. If your child gets sick or needs immediate attention from you during the service, your coupon number will be flashed on the display monitors located in both front corners and rear of the Main Sanctuary, on the left hand corner of the Multi- Purpose Room, and on the left hand corner of the Overflow Room. Please respond to the silent page as soon as you notice your child s coupon number. HEARING DEVICES: If you have a hearing impairment and need assistance with hearing during the services, we have hearing devices that are available at the Welcome Center to check out and use during the service. These hearing devices are available with head phones or ear buds and can be used anywhere in the sanctuary. BIBLICAL INSTRUCTION: The Biblical Instruction Ministry (Christian Counseling) is available for those who desire to seek a biblical viewpoint and direction to their lives. Our services are designed primarily for adults, so we ask that you would take your children to the classes offered in the Children s Ministry. Children ten years and older are permitted in the Main Sanctuary and Multi-Purpose Room when accompanied by a parent. We hope to adequately minister to you and your children on a personal level. Seek n Surf Dawn Til Dusk Saturday, July 15th, 7:30 AM - 8:30 PM, Dockweiler Beach Lifeguard Tower 53. Join us on Dockweiler Beach to Surf Dawn Til Dusk! This is the only beach in Los Angeles where you can have a BBQ and bonfire. Come let your hair down and relax at our local beach backyard. Our day will include surfing, beach outreach, worship, devotions, lunch and BBQ dinner. We ll wrap the day up in the glow of a bonfire complete with s mores, fellowship and fun! Families are welcome! Youth Summer Camps Sunday, July 30th - Wednesday, August 2nd (Junior High Camp) and Wednesday, August 2nd - Saturday, August 5th (High School Camp) at Green Valley Lake Christian Camp. The theme for both camps is THRIVE taken from Psalm 1:1-3. The Junior High camp is open to incoming 6th - 8th grade students. The High School camp is open to incoming 9th - 12th grade students. The cost for both camps is $190. Final payment for both camps is due on Sunday, July 16th. Parents can sign up their students for camp before or after services in THE LOFT for Junior High students and in THE HIDEOUT for High School students. Many of our teens need financial support to attend summer camp. Spanish Summer Festival Friday, August 4th, 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM, CCSB East Parking Lot. Our Spanish Ministry, La Misión is hosting our second annual Summer Festival. Food Pantry Our Food Pantry Ministry which provides food for those in need in our church body is running low on supplies.
