It is only a list of mindsets which I found to be present when I have been praying for people. It is by no means conclusive. It is given as suggestions to consider and think about. Sickness can come through various means. It comes down through families. Curses need to be broken sometimes, and spirits cast out. Spirits of infirmity can manifest in many ways. I ve known people to get better with medicine or prayer and then get another complaint a few months later. This can happen over and over, for It is often caused by a spirit of infirmity. Unless it is cast out, it will just manifest in different ways. Where there is a root of fear often, you need to cast out the spirit of fear. Heartache can also be caused by a spirit that sits on someone and keeps them from receiving healing. Grief, anger, jealousy, control etc., can all be caused by spirits. So to pray for someone to be healed is not enough, you have to get rid of the demonic spirit. Freemasonry is another cause of infirmity. The spirit of death is a stronghold, which comes in through the initiation ceremony. The spirit of death goes after the heart in men and the spirit of infirmity goes for the women. This spirit also affects other members of the family. You don t have to have been in Freemasonry yourself to be affected by the spirit, it comes down through the family. But if you are a Christian it is not your inheritance. The spirit of Life is your inheritance.

3 If you find people you are praying for have been in Freemasonry, or their fathers, grandfathers etc., or their mother has been in the Eastern Star, you need to break the power of these curses: Death, Infirmity, False Light, False Brotherhood, Secrecy, False Yoke, Purses, Bands, The Third Eye, Hinduism and whatever else the Lord shows you at the time. Call the ministry office to order material on Freemasonry. It is amazing how much sickness is caused by fear, guilt, and condemnation because we don t know who we are in Christ. If your mind is at ease, your body will also be at ease. The religious spirit causes people to be stressed and makes them strive about things only God can do. Our lack of peace and trust, reaps fruit in our bodies. There are many wonderful natural remedies these days which are available. We also need to discern when there are spirits causing sickness, but so often and included there are mindsets which we have to change. We have believed many lies which the Devil has thrown our way. We need to see that and make a commitment to believe the truth. My book Living in the Supernatural, will show you how to get rid of the religious spirits around you that make you struggle and strive as a Christian. The realm of the Spirit, the supernatural, angels, heavenly visitations etc., are our inheritance and are meant to be a NORMAL part of our (Christian) lives. Please bear in mind that all the things I am sharing are general things that I discovered, as I have been praying for people over the years. These are not meant to be a set-instone philosophy. KATHIE WALTERS Health Related Mindsets These are some of the mindsets the Lord has shown me which prevent some people from being healed from physical ailments. Kathie Abdominal Cramps Fear of progressing further. (Stop process don t continue; move in God.) Abscess Fermenting thoughts, fears, hurts and slights. Enemy tries to make you want to have revenge. (Have them forgive.) Accidents Inability to speak up for yourself; rebellion. Witchcraft; Merlin spirit. Can sometimes be connected with violent thoughts. (Have them express themselves.) Aches Longing for love, to be held. (Have them receive God s love.) Acne Not accepting self; dislike of self. Not seeing yourself as God sees you. Addictions Running from self; fear. Not knowing how to love self; not seeing what God sees. Addison s Disease Severe emotional malnutrition; anger at self. (Have them see themselves as God sees them.)

4 Health Related Mindsets by Kathie Walters Adenoids Family friction; arguments. Child feeling in the way. Adrenal problems Indifference; defeatist attitude. Mindset of just giving up. Anxiety (See Addison s Disease and Cushing s Disease.) Aging Problems Old thinking; fear of the future. Rejecting the present. Not enjoying what God is doing in the NOW. AIDS Feeling defenseless and hopeless; nobody cares. Strong belief of feelings, I am not good enough. Denial of self; guilt. (Forgive yourself and others.) Alcoholism Feeling of futility; nothing to live for. Guilt; inadequacy. Self rejection. (See God s destiny for your life.) Allergies Who are you allergic to? Denying your own ability. (See Hay Fever.) Alzheimer s Disease Refusal to deal with things as they are. Hopelessness, helplessness anger. (See Dementia, Senility.) Amenorrhea A female not loving being a woman; denial of self (but not what God says to deny.) (See Female Problems, Menstrual Problems.) Amnesia Fear; running from life. Inability to stand up for oneself; not confident in who you are in Christ. Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (Lou Gehrig s Disease) Unwillingness to accept self worth. Deny success; not seeing what God sees. Anemia Having a Yes, but attitude. Lack of joy. Fear of embracing life. Not feeling good enough; not seeing what God sees. Ankles Inflexibility; false guilt. Inability to receive good things; not standing up. Forgetting who we are in Christ and the fact that we are truly accepted in the Beloved. Anorectal Bleeding Anger; frustration. Anorexia Denying self life; Extreme fear, self hatred, self rejection and rejection. (Help them to see themselves as God sees them.) Anus Holding on to what is not needed or what is ungodly. (Release that which you don t need in your life. Go on. See Hemorrhoids.) Abscess Anger, in relation to what you want to hold on to and not let go of. Anxiety Not trusting the flow and process of how God is moving in our lives. Apathy Resistance to feeling; deadening of self. Fear; forgetting God has a great plan for our lives. Appendicitis Fear; fear of life. Not trusting the flow of God in your life. Appetite (Excessive) Fear, needing protection, false comfort. Loss. (See Anorexia.) Arms Feeling incapable and inability to function. (God s right hand and His holy arm has obtained the victory. We have to stop trying to fix things and let God put forth His mighty arm on our behalf.) Arteries (They carry the joy of life.) Blockage. (The root can be their unbelief that God truly is in control.) Arteriosclerosis Resistance; tension. Hardened; narrow-minded. Not seeing the good. (Give them scriptures on hope in God.) Arthritis Feeling unloved; being critical. Harboring resentment. Desire to punish; blame. Feeling victimized or blamed; being critical. (Love believes the best. See 1 Corinthians 13; See Joints in Fingers)

(Advise that if they can t see the way out to know He will make a way of escape. See Breathing Problems and Hyperventilating.) Asthma Smothering love; inability to breath for oneself. Feeling stifled; suppressed crying or grief. Athletes Foot Frustration at not being accepted; inability to move forward with ease. Back (Represents Support.) Lower Fear of lack; fear of lack of money. Middle Guilt; burden. Not trusting God to carry the burden. Upper Lack of emotional support; feeling unloved. Holding back love. Bad Breath Anger and thoughts of taking revenge. Things or relationships have not worked out. Experiences backing up. Balance (Loss) Scattered thinking; not focused. Baldness Fear; tension. Trying to control things; not trusting life as it comes. Bed Wetting Fear of parents, usually the father. Belching Fear; gulping life too quickly, sometimes in the past. (Share joy of taking time to stop and smell the roses.) Bell s Palsy Paralysis; extreme control over anger, inability. Unwillingness to express feelings. Birth Defects Sometimes comes as a curse down from parents, not being able to choose their own life. Parents/life etc. Bites Fear of rejection; open to hurts and feeling slighted. Blackheads Small outbursts of anger. Bladder (Cystitis) Anxieties; hanging on to old ideas. Fear of letting go; being irked. Bleeding Joy running out; anger. Bleeding Gums Lack of joy in the decisions made in life. (Embrace yourself and life right now. Enjoy God now!) Blisters Resistance; lack of emotional protection. Blood (Represents Joy Flowing Through the Body.) Blood Pressure (High) (Hypertension) Long-standing emotional problem not solved. (Low) Lack of love as a child. Defeatism by saying it s useless, it s purposeless, it won t work, Blood Problems Lack of joy. Clotting Letting something come and steal your joy. (See Leukemia and Anemia.) Body Odor Fear; dislike of self. Fear of others. Boils (Furuncle, Carbuncle) Anger boiling over, seething. (Root could be a curse. Teach them to let go of anger and forgive.) Bone Marrow (Represents How You Support and Care for Yourself.) Deepest beliefs about self. (Teach them to see themselves as God sees them.) Bones (Breaks or Fractures) Rebelling. Osteoporosis Mental pressure and tightness; Muscles can t stretch. Loss of mental mobility. Bowels (Represents Release of Waste.) Fear of letting go of the old and what is no longer needed. Brain (Comparable to a Computer Switchboard.) Tumor Incorrect deductions. Stubborn; refusing to change old patterns. (Teach how minds are renewed by the spirit as we yield our mindsets that were formed by the past to God s mindsets.)

6 Health Related Mindsets by Kathie Walters Breast(s) (Represents Mothering, Nursing, Nourishment.) Breast Problems Refusal to nourish self; putting everyone else first. (Cysts, Lumps, Mastitis) Over-mothering, overprotection, overbearing attitude. (Teach them to give it and them over to God.) Breath (Represents ability to take in and enjoy life.) Breathing Problems Fear or refusal to take in life fully; not feeling the right to have some space. (See Asphyxiating attacks.) Bright s Disease Feeling like a kid who can t do it right or not good enough. Fear of failure; loss. (God will give us the anointing to do what He asks us to do. See Nephritis.) Bronchitis Inflamed family circumstances. Arguments, yelling, tension and stress. Sometimes silent. (See Respiratory.) Bruises The little bumps in life. (Don t give little harassments such attention.) Bulimia Hopeless, terror or self-hatred. Bunions Lack of joy in meeting the experiences of life; heaviness. (Teach them to embrace God s way.) Burns Anger; incensed. (Teach them to let it go.) Bursitis Repressed anger; wanting to lash out. (Teach them to forgive.) Buttocks (Represents power.) Disappointments; forget what didn t work out in the past. (Teach them to go on.) Callouses Hardened concepts and ideas; fear. (Submit your thought patterns to the Holy Spirit.) Cancer Deep hurt; longstanding resentments. Deep secrets or grief. Problems eating away at self; carrying hatred. Saying, What s the use? Candida Feeling very scattered; lots of frustrations. Demanding and untrusting in relationships. (See Thrush and Yeast infections.) Canker Sores Festering words held back by the lips; blame. (Teach them to speak up in love when necessary.) Car Sickness Fear; bondage. Fear of being trapped. (See Motion Sickness.) Carbuncle Anger about personal injustices. (See Boils. Teach them to speak up if they need to.) Carpal-tunnel Syndrome Anger and frustration at life s seeming injustices. (Know that God is in control.) Cataracts Inability to see ahead with joy; dark future. Fear of the future. Cellulite Stored anger and self punishment. Cerebral Palsy Need to unite the family in action of love. (See Palsy.) Childhood Diseases Belief in calendars and social concepts and false laws and standards. Childish behavior in adults around them. Chills Mental contraction; pulling away. Desire to retreat. Saying, Leave me alone. Cholesterol Clogging channels of joy; fear of accepting joy. Fear of disappointment. Chronic Diseases Refusal to change; fear of the future. Not feeling safe. Not trusting God with things you don t understand.

7 Health Related Mindsets by Kathie Walters Circulation (Bad) Represents inability to feel and express emotions in a positive way. Being robbed of Joy. Can be due to Freemasonry. Cold Sores (Blisters) Festering angry words; fear of expression. Not knowing how to express what is inside of you. (Release the negative things and ask the Holy Spirit to help you express the good things. See Herpes.) Colds Too much going on; mental confusion. Disorder; small hurts. (Get rest.) Upper Respiratory I always get colds mindset. Colic Mental irritation; impatience. Annoyance in surroundings. Colitis (Colon, Intestines, Mucus on Colon) Fear of letting go; holding on to the past. Fear of the future. (Realize that God knows.) Coma Fear; escaping something or someone. Comedones Small outbursts of anger. Congestion (See Bronchitis, Colds, Flu.) Conjunctivitis (Pink Eye) Anger and frustration at what you see. (Teach them to see what God sees by faith.) Constipation Refusing to release old ideas; stuck in the past. Stinginess with others or with self. Corns Hardened areas of thought; holding onto pain of the past. (Ask Holy Spirit to give you the mind of Christ His revelation and wisdom. Don t have preconceived notions or mindsets if God wants you to think His way; your way is not always correct or relevant.) Coronary Thrombosis Feeling alone and scared. Mindset of thinking, I don t want to; or, I can t do enough; or, I ll never make it. Fear of not accomplishing all that you should. (Be led by the Spirit. See Heart Attack.) Coughs (Respiratory) A desire to bark at the world. Saying, See me! or Listen to me! Holding on to irritation or anger. Cramps Tension; fear. Gripping and holding on. Croup (See Bronchitis.) Crying (Uncontrolled) Not looking at the truth. (Tears are the river of life.) Cushing s Disease Mental imbalance; overproduction of ideas. A feeling of being overpowered or overwhelmed. Cuts (Injuries and Wounds) Punishment for not following your own rules; false standards. Cysts Running the old painful movie; nursing hurts. (Let it go.) Cystic Fibrosis Strong belief that it won t work. Saying, Poor me! Self pity. (Discern that Jesus is the important one What He wants is what counts.) Cystitis (See Bladder Problems.) Deafness Rejection; stubbornness. Isolation. Saying, Why don t you want to hear? or Don t bother me. Death Leaving the role of life. Freemasonry. Deformity (See Osteomyelitis.) Dementia Not wanting to see things as they are or deal with it. Hopelessness; anger. (See Alzheimer s, Senility) Depression Hopelessness; anger. Resistance. Not accepting circumstances. Not seeing God in your life and situation. Diabetes Longing for what might have been; fear of not having control. Deep sorrow; no sweetness left. Diarrhea Fear, rejection; wanting to run away. (Share that God has good things for us.)

8 Health Related Mindsets by Kathie Walters Dizziness (Vertigo) Flighty, scattered thinking; not wanting to look and deal with things. Dry Eyes (Angry Eyes) Not seeing with love. Dysentery Fear and intense anger. (Amoebic) Believing they are out to get you. (Bacillary) Oppression, hopelessness. Dysmenorrheal Anger or self-hatred of the body or of women. Earache Anger; not listening. Too much turmoil around; people arguing or even using bad language. Negative words spoken into ears. Ecchymoses (See Bruises.) Eczema Antagonism. Mental eruptions. (Put every thought under the captivity of Christ.) Edema Holding fluids; swelling. (As what or who you are still holding on to and not letting go of. Release it or them to God. Jesus is their Shepherd they belong to Him first.) Elbow Represents changing directions; accepting new experiences. Emphysema Fear of taking in life (resistance); feeling not worthy of living. (God has great things for us.) Endometriosis Insecurity; disappointments. Frustrations. Replacing self-acceptance with sugar. Enuresis (See Bed Wetting.) Epilepsy Sense of persecution; rejection of life. Feelings of great struggle; self-violence. Epstein-Barr Virus Pushing beyond one s limits. Fear of not being good enough; stress. ( It s not by might nor by power but by My Spirit. says the Lord. Eye Problems Not liking what you see in your own life. (Learn to see what God sees. See Sty.) (Astigmatism) I trouble; Fear of really seeing yourself; need to learn to see how God sees. (Cataracts) Inability to see ahead with joy; future seems dark. (Children) Not wanting to see what is going on in the family. (Crossed) Not wanting to see what s out there; crossed purposes. (See Keratitis.) (Farsightedness) (Hyperopia) Fear of the present. (Glaucoma) Stony unforgiveness. Pressure from longstanding hurts. Overwhelmed by it all. (Trust God with everything.) (Nearsightedness) Fear of the future. (See Myopia.) (Wall Eyed) (Exotropia) Fear of looking at the present, right here and now. Fainting (Vasovagal Attack) Fear; can t cope. Phase out. ( I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. ) Fat (Overweight) Over-sensitivity; fear. Need of protection; false comfort. (Arms) Feeling of being denied love (Belly) Frustration at being denied nourishment or care. (Hips) Stubborn or hidden anger at parents. (Forgive as you have been forgiven.) (Thighs) Childhood anger. Fatigue Resistance; boredom. Lack of love for what you do; not having vision. Feet Unwillingness to understand the purpose of our lives.

(Pinky) Family; pretending. Fistula (Represent the Letting-go Process.) Incomplete releasing of trash. Holding on to garbage of the past. Fear; blocking. (God knows.) Flatulence (See Gas Pains.) Flu (See Influenza.) Food Poisoning Allowing others to take control; feeling defenseless. (Realize who you are in God.) Foot Problems Fear of the future; not stepping forward. Fear of stepping out. Fractures (See Bone Problems.) Frigidity Fear, denial of pleasure. Belief that sex is bad. Damage from insensitive partners; fear of fathers. Fungus Stagnating beliefs; refusing to release the past. Letting the past rule today. (Let go and let God have His way.) Furuncle (See Boils.) Gallstones Bitterness; hard thoughts. Condemnation; pride. (Forgive; It s not worth it! to hang on to those things.) Gangrene Mental morbidity; drowning of joy with poisonous thoughts. Gas Pains (Flatulence) Gripping fear; undigested ideas. (Tell them to think things through.) Gastritis Prolonged uncertainty; feelings of doom and discouragement. (God has a great plan for our lives. See Stomach Problems.) Genitals (Represents the Masculine and Feminine Elements.) Problems Worry about not being good enough. (Know who yo are in Christ.) Glands (Represents Holding Stations.) (Start doing instead of saying.) Glandular Fever (See Mononucleosis.) Glandular Problems Poor distribution of get up and go ideas; holding back. (Be faith-filled, release faith and go for it.) Globus Hystericus (See Lump in Throat.) Goiter Hatred for being inflicted upon. Victim mentality; feeling thwarted or unfulfilled in life. (Our lives are fulfilled in the will of God. See Thyroid.) Gonorrhea Need for punishment for bad person. (God forgives when we confess our sins. See Venereal Disease.) Gout Need to dominate; impatience and anger. Grey Hair Stress; pressure and strain. Grief. (Jesus is the burden bearer.) Growths Nursing old hurts; letting resentments fester and grow. (Release and forgive yourself and others.)

Halitosis Rotten attitude; gossip. Foul-thinking. Hands (Represents Holding and Handling, Letting Go, Clutching; gripping. Grasping. Caressing, Pinching.) (There are different ways of dealing with experiences. Choose God s ways. Stay in the Spirit; let your reactions be Spirit-led.) Hay Fever Emotional congestion; fear of seasons. Belief in persecution; guilt. (Stay free in Christ He loves you. See Allergies.) Headaches Invalidating self; self-criticism. Fear; stress. Pressure. (You can t make it happen, you can only do what you can do. Take a deep breath; praise the Lord and let it go. See Migraine.) Heart (Represents Center of Love and Security.) (Attack) Squeezing joy of heart in favor of money, position, etc. (Decide to have what God wants for you; be content. See Coronary Thrombosis.) Heartburn Fear clutching. Stress; worry. (Trust in the goodness of God; He loves you. See Peptic Ulcer, Stomach Problems, Ulcers.) Hematochezia (See Anorectal Bleeding.) Hemorrhoids Getting stressed at deadlines. Anger of the past. Afraid to let go. Feeling burdened. (God can do it. See Anus.) Hepatitis Resistance to change; fear. Anger; hatred. Liver is the seat of anger and rage at seeming injustice. (God is the judge; He will take care of things. See Liver Problems.) Hernia Ruptured relationships; strain. Burdens; incorrect creative expression. (Cast your cares upon Him for He cares for YOU!) Herpes Mass belief in sexual guilt and the need for punishment. Public shame; belief that God is punishing you. (The past is under the blood of Jesus. See Venereal Disease.) Herpes Simplex Angry or bitter words left unspoken. Things left unsaid. (Ask God how to speak and how to say what you need to say IN THE SPIRIT. Break the power of the Dumb spirit. See Cold Sores.) Hips (Represents Carrying Balance in the Body; Thrusts and Moves Forward) (Problems) Hindrances to moving forward; not trusting. Fear of going forward in major decisions. Nothing to move forward to. (Put your eyes on Jesus, He will make the way plain.) Hirsutism Buried Anger; may be anger covered by blanket of fear. Desire to blame; unwillingness to care for self. (Enter into God s rest and take some time.) Hives Small, hidden fears; making mountains out of molehills. (Ask the Holy Spirit to put everything in perspective. See Rash.) Hodgkin s Disease Blame and strong fear of not being good enough. Joy is forgotten in the bid for acceptance. (You are accepted in Jesus.) Holding Fluids (What are you afraid of losing?) Huntington s Disease Resentments at not being able to change others. (Teach that God is the only one who can change others. We cannot even change ourselves, it is the work of the Holy Spirit.) Hyperactivity Fear; feeling pressured and frantic inside. Not having boundaries or plain standards. Not sure of limitations. (Read the Word.) Hyperglycemia Overwhelmed by burdens. Saying, What s the use? (Know that God has a purpose. See Diabetes.)

Hyperventilation Fear; resisting change. Not trusting God s process of life. (See Asphyxiating Attacks, Breathing Problems.) Hyperthyroidism Giving up; feeling hopeless and stifled. (See what God sees.) Ileitis Fear; worry. Not feeling good enough; rejection. (We are complete in Him. See Crohn s Disease, Regional Enteritis.) Impotence Sexual pressure; tension. Guilt. Social beliefs. Spite against a previous mate or mother. Incontinence Emotional overflow; years of controlling the emotions. (Let go and let Jesus be Lord of your emotions.) Incurable Cannot be cured by outer means; must go inside to God. (Know He has the final word.) Indigestion Gut-level fear; dread. Anxiety; griping. Not accepting things. (God is in control.) Infection Irritation; anger. Annoyance. (Let it go.) Inflammation Fear; seeing red. Inflamed thinking. (Let God s peace fill your heart and mind.) Influenza Response to negativity and beliefs. Fear and belief in statistics. (God has the last word.) Ingrown Toenail Worry and guilt about your right to move forward. (Put God in front of you and do what He says.) Injuries Anger at feeling guilty and condemned. (Turn your eyes to Jesus; See what He sees. See Cuts and Wounds.) Insanity Fleeing from family; escapism. Withdrawal; violent separation from life. (God has good things for us so embrace them.) Insomnia Fear; not trusting. Guilt. (We are made whole and clean by the blood of Jesus.) Intestines (Represents Assimilation and Absorption.) (For elimination with ease, let things go. See Colon.) Itching (Pruritus) Desires that go against the grain; unsatisfied. Guilt; remorse. Itching for a change. (Wait on the Lord and for His timing; Then, everything will work out well. Root can be curses.)...itis (See Inflammation.) Jaundice Internal and external prejudice. Unbalanced reason. Not seeing straight as God wants us to see in proportion. (See Liver Problems.) Jaw Anger; resentment. Desire for revenge. Speaking out harshly sometimes. (Let the words of your mouth be acceptable in His sight.) Joints Changes in direction; ease of movement. (Go with the flow of God. See Arthritis, Elbow, Knee, Shoulder.) Wounds Anger and guilt at self. (You are forgiven because of the blood of Jesus. See Cuts, Injuries.) Wrist (Represents movements and ease.) (Be flexible; You are not the only person in the world.) Yeast Infections Denying your own needs. Not supporting yourself. (Take some time for yourself and spend some time with God. See Candida and Thrush.) Ungodly mindsets such as stubbornness, anger, criticism or a controlling attitude and all forms of iniquity and are often the inherited curses and traits that are passed down through the family line, usually as a result of disobedience of previous generations. If this is the case, break the power of those generational curses. If you are now obeying God, blessings are your inheritance and you have the legal right to break off the ungodly powers from you and your children. You can get anointed prayer to help accomplish this if needed. If the root causes of ungodly mindsets or their resulting actions are from learned behaviors, and you think, feel or react in an ungodly way through responsive bad habits, learn to be Spirit-led and respond to things with the help of the Spirit of God. Enjoy the benefits of the fruits of the Spirit. Ungodly mindsets and bad results do not have to be your inheritance Jesus can be! Jesus came to give us life and life more abundantly.
