1 PREACHER: OCTOBER 2012 NOVENA BISHOP AYO-MARIA ATOYEBI OP BISHOP OF ILORIN DIOCESE Our Preacher for October Novena honouring St. Jude Thaddeus cum celebration of St. Feast Day is the Bishop of Ilorin Diocese; Bishop Ayo-Maria Atoyebi, O.P. Bishop Ayo-Maria O.P. made his solemn vows at St. Thomas Aquinas Priory Ibadan on 8th December, 1974; Episcopal Ordination: 17 May 1992 and had preached several Novena in honour of St. Jude Thaddeus at the Dominican Shrine of St. Jude Thaddeus, St. Dominic's Parish, Yaba - Lagos. Bishop Ayo-Maria, O.P is endeared by many for his simplicity, quality teachings and coherent / sound homilies at all times. We welcome him to St. Dominic's Parish, Yaba - Lagos.

2 PREACHER: SEPTEMBER 2012 NOVENA REV. FR. ALPHONSUS OZOEMENA OP DOMINICAN ITINERANT PREACHING MINISTRY Our September Novena Preacher honouring Our Lady of Sorrows is Rev. Fr. Alphonsus Ozoemena, O.P. of St. Jude Catholic Church, Mafoluku, Oshodi - Lagos. He is a native of Agulu in Anambra State and was ordained a Priest on 5th August, 1995 at St. Thomas Aquinas Priory, Ibadan. Fr Ozor had worked at St. Paul Catholic Church, Obigbo, River State; St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Agbor, Delta State aswell-as the Diocese of Saskatoon in Canada. He is a profound Preacher and has delivered excellently in many organized retreats in the Archdiocese and leading the faithful to the way of Christ. He holds an STL and MA degrees in dogmatic theology and currently serving as the Director of Dominican Itinerant Preaching Team. We welcome him to St. Dominic's Parish, Yaba - Lagos.

3 PREACHER: JULY 2012 NOVENA REV. FR. PANACHY LONGINUS OGBEDE Rev. Fr. Panachy Longinus Ogbede is a Priest from the Archdiocese of Lagos currently serving as Pastoral Assistant at St. Leo Catholic Church, Ikeja, Lagos. He attended Ss. Peter and Paul, Bodija, where he made his solemn and final vows. He is a known preacher and has conducted retreats / Novena Masses within the Archdiocese of Lagos. We welcome him to St. Dominic's Parish.

4 PREACHER: PENTECOST 2012 NOVENA REV. FR. JUDE MBUKAMMA, O.P. Rev. Fr. Jude O. Mbukamma, O.P. is a Dominican Priest of the Dominican Province of St. Joseph theworker (Nigeria and Ghana). He holds a B. A. (Hons) Philosophy degree (University of London), M. A. Philosophy and M. A. Religious Studies (University of Louvain) and Ph.D. (University of Ibadan). He was the Spiritual Director of the Legion of Mary Curia, Lagos Mainland, , Director of Catholic Charismatic Renewal Center, in Nigeria He taught Philosophy at St. Peter and Paul Catholic Major Seminary, Ibadan, from and Logic, Philosophy of Religion and Philosophy of God in the Missionary Institute, London ( ), where he was offered the post of the Institute's first visiting Fellow. He is a reknown Charismatic Preacher, revivalist and a profound author par excellence with many local and international publications to his credit.

5 PREACHER: LENTEN 2012 NOVENA REV. FR. PASCHAL CHINEDU UGWU, O.P. Rev. Fr. Paschal Chinedu Ugwu OP is a Dominican Priest of the Dominican Province of St. Joseph the Worker (Nigeria and Ghana). He hails from Udenu LGA of Enugu State. Fr. Paschal OP obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from the University of Ibadan in 2002 and proceeded to bag another degree in Theology from the Angelicum University in Italy. Aside from above, he has a Masters degree from the Duquesne University in Pittsburgh USA in the year He was ordained a Catholic priest on July 21st 2007 and has worked at St. Albert the Great Catholic Church Obosi Anambra state from 2007 to In 2010, Fr. Paschal Ugwu, OP further obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE). He is currently the Director of Novices for the Dominican Fathers and Brothers in Nigeria and Ghana. He is an astute preacher, a good organist and a lover of football. His personal philosophy is "Whenever you kneel down to pray, do not be in a hurry to stand up". Fr. Paschal is happy to preach the Lenten Novena of St. Dominic's Parish Yaba.

6 PREACHER: JANUARY 2012 NOVENA REV. FR. JOSEPH EBOW BAIDOO Rev. Fr. Joseph Ebow Baidoo is a Ghanaian ordained for the Catholic Archdiocese of Monrovia, Liberia some years ago. He studied at the Dominican Institute, Ibadan, Nigeria, Ss Peter and Paul Major Seminary, Ibadan, Nigeria and at the Faculte de Theologie Catholique, Kinshasa, Democratic Republic du Congo. At present, he is involved in Pastoral ministry in Liberia as-well-as teaching in Saint Paul's College Seminary, Gbarnga, Liberia. Fr. Joseph Ebow Baidoo shall preach the January 2012 solemn Novena and we joyfully welcome him to St. Dominic's Parish, Yaba-Lagos, Nigeria..
