Mission Trip Opportunity A roof repair in Evergreen, VA. If you aren t able to ork on the roof, there are things that need to be done on the ground too. Sign up online or contact Ron Dorenbush, Generosity Branch Cookies for Kairos: We need your help in baking 70 dozen cookies to deliver to inmates of Sussex II State Prison during the Kairos Outreach program April Kairos of Virginia is a non-profit Christian branch of Kairos Prison Ministry. Please place 1 dozen homemade, 2 1/2 inch cookies in a quart bag (non-zipper type bag). Recipes are available online or use your on but please NO nuts, raisins, icing or sugar on top. Please make and drop off no later than noon Wed., April 19th to room 202. Cookies delivered after the deadline ill be used for other church ministries. Exam Snacks at CNU: We are providing exam snacks for CNU students April 24th and 25th. You can help us out by bringing items such as muffins, homemade cookies, fresh fruit, individual snacks, ater bottles, easy mac and anything else you can think of. Please drop off donations to Emily Hodyshell's office by 9am April 24th. St. Luke's ill host Bike and Build from May 19th until May 25th. We are seeking help from the congregation in the meals. Please visit Emily's office to sign up to bring a food item or to help serve. Stop Hunger No Lenten Prayer Calendars bring your collection box to be blessed on April 23 rd. St. Luke s ill package meals for Stop Hunger No May 14 th in the Grove. Appalachia Service Project (ASP) Barbecue - The barbecue to support our summer trip is Saturday May 13 from 10:30 1:00 on Rt 17 beside the Western Auto in Grafton. Please see any ASP participant for advance. Dinners are $7, Sandiches are $5, pints of barbecue are $10, and quarts of Brunsick ste are $8. St. Luke s Preschool Silent Auction/Dinner Fundraiser - Fri., May 19 from 5:30 7:30pm hosted by St. Luke s Preschool! Please join us for a night of fun as e raise funds to offset the cost of room remodels that ill not only enhance our preschool but our children s Sunday school! Silent Auction runs from 5:30pm to 7:00pm. Dinner service runs from 6:00pm to 7:15pm. Presold tickets for adults are $10 and for children 12 and under are $5. Please prayerfully consider helping sell tickets to your family and friends for this event. Donated items for the Silent Auction are elcomed.
