2 Holy Communion with Imposition of the Ashes Ash Wednesday: 1st March, 10am St. Peter s Cathedral ALL WELCOME Ash Wednesday: 1st March, 7pm Liturgy of Ashes The Cathedral communities of The Blessed Virgin Mary and St Peter s gather in worship at The Cathedral of the Blessed Virgin Mary followed by refreshments and fellowship. Preacher: The Bishop Helen-Ann Hartley Reflection on the Water of Life Meditations for The Five Sundays in Lent and Palm Sunday Recommended and contributed to by the Rt Rev d Dr Helen-Ann Hartley, Bishop of Waikato. Written and compiled by Members of the Anglican Communion Environmental Network (ACEN) 2017 Study booklets available form the Cathedral.

3 9th April, 9:45am Palm Sunday A special outside-and-in service, following our donkey to the Stations of the Cross, encircling the cathedral hill accompanied by the choir, followed by a service of Holy Communion. DAY TIME LENTEN STUDY GROUP Risk: Through Lent with Acts Wednesdays 11am St Peter s Cathedral Centre Following Holy Communion at 10am Led by The Dean Peter Rickman Starts 8th March. Morning tea follows Holy Communion at 10am in the Cathedral Centre and then lentern studies commence at 11am finishing at 12noon.

This year, our Lent course at St. Peter s Cathedral will use the material written by Peter Carrell, Liz Giller, Vivien Harber, Tessa Laing, +Victoria Matthews, Spanky Moore and Jolyon White.

St Peter s Cathedral warmly invites you to a Passover Supper Enjoy a light Seder-inspired meal to recall the Last Supper; a special way to begin the Easter weekend. A relaxed, family atmosphere, leading gently into the Maundy Thursday 8pm evening service. Maundy Thursday 6pm on 13th April Cathedral Centre $10 for adults; koha for children. Bookings essential.
