FOR YOUR SAFETY Our exit gates (# 2 behind the priests garage {EXIT ON- LY} and # 7 on the west end of the campus {this is both an entrance and exit}) are being automated, if they are closed and you are inside PULL SLOWLY UP CLOSE to the gate and it will open. ALTAR SERVERS TRAINING Our parish has a need for Altar Servers. The special ministry of Altar Server is very rewarding and helps everyone at Mass. If you are in the 5 th grade or higher, even adults, please consider becoming an Altar Server. We will hold a two part training, October 3 rd and 4 th (both days are required) from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm in classroom 6. We will also hold a one part training on October 7 th in the church, from 9:00 am to 12 noon. If you are interested call the parish office at (209) to sign-up for one of the two classes. EDUCATION Education is a better safeguard of liberty than a standing army. Edward Everett Catholic Charities Immigration Legal Services Program will be providing *FREE* DACA RENEWALS. Service will include a FREE DACA legal consult and legal representation at filing by our Department of Justice Accredited Representatives. The DACA program was brought to a halt on September 5, No NEW/INITIAL Applications will accepted. Now, only certain DACA recipients can renew their work permits ONLY UNTIL October 5th After this date US Citizenship and Immigration Services will no longer be accepting renewals. We strongly recommend that all DACA recipients whose work permits expire by March 5th 2018 renew their work permits AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. We will prioritize DACA renewal cases.
