1 PHONE: (972) Geoffrey Victor Howe July 18, July 26, 2016 Geoffrey Victor Howe of McKinney, Texas passed away July 26, 2016, at the age of 70. He was born July 18, 1946, to Leonard Walter Howe and Lillian Ada (Fokerd) Howe in Woodford, Essex, U.K. Geoffrey married Rosalind Lazell on December 13, 1969 in Walthamstow, London. One of his hobbies included bike riding. Geoffrey enjoyed socializing and was always the life of the party. He loved his dogs deeply. Geoffrey was a member of the Episcopal Church of England. He is survived by his wife, Ros Howe of McKinney, Texas; son, Nick Howe and wife Alesha also of McKinney, Texas; grandchildren, Emily Howe, Alex Howe, and Matthew Howe; sister, Pat Harman and husband Ed of the U.K.; and brother, Phil Howe and wife Wendy also of the U.K. Geoffrey was preceded in death by his son, Matthew Howe, parents, brother, Ken Howe and sister, Angela Howe. A funeral mass will be held at 1:30 p.m., Saturday, July 30, 2016 at St. Andrew's Episcopal Church in McKinney, Texas. Memorials We miss you Geoff my very hard working Brother, your face, your smile, your kindness, your cheerful spirit and your braveness. Our thoughts are with Rosalind and Nick and his family. 2 PAT AND ED, AUGUST 19, 2016 To our lovely Uncle Geoff, a great man who has been there my whole life. We are so sad that you are no longer with us. But we have so many special memories of you in our minds and our hearts. You was always kind and would help your family in anyway. Nothing was too much trouble. I will never forget you at our wedding, you really enjoyed yourself and it was lovely to see. You danced the night away!! To one of the biggest West Ham supporters I know you truly loved football. We will miss Geoff very much but he will always be in our hearts and minds, gone but never forgotten. We love him lots. From the time I was introduced to him while he was attending a reinsurance conference in Newark, NJ, not the most salubrious locale in America, I knew he was a friend worth having. As in all things in our life here, the time has gone too quickly; but I will be forever grateful for knowing him along with the bonus of knowing his wonderful family. 3 Dearest Geoff, we will miss you so very much. We have so many happy memories of spending time with both you and Ros in the UK and Texas. You were a great friend and always there for us to help in whatever way you could, especially in our attempts to move to Texas which, as you predicted, unfortunately didn t happen. We can t imagine how much you suffered with your pain but know that you fought a brave battle and dealt with it in your usual optimistic and positive way.
