20 SOULMATE RELATIONSHIP READINESS ASSESSMENT As you focus your breath on your heart, read each of the following statements out loud and then rate each statement on a scale from 0 to 10 where: 8-10: Good. This area of your life is strong and would be an asset to your relationship 5-7: OK. This area needs work, but most likely would not sabotage your relationship 0-4: Needs Work. This area could interfere with the success of your relationship Do your best to be objective and honest with yourself.

21 1) I know what I want. I have a clear vision for my life. I can envision my perfect lifestyle in rich detail in a way that feels inspiring, strong and real. I feel very excited about what the future holds and I can't wait to meet my Soulmate!

22 2) I have a clear vision of my Soulmate Relationship. I have a written list of qualities I m looking for in potential partners, including a list of deal breakers. I am also aware of the gifts I ll be bringing to my new relationship.

23 3) I feel happy and content being single. I enjoy my life, my work, my family, my friends, and my own company. I am living the life that I want, and I am not seeking a relationship out of neediness or desperation.

This will prepare you for the relationship you want. Consider enrolling the help of a coach, therapist, a friend, mentor or an accountability buddy to help keep you focused on your new direction.
