2 Session: 5 SoulMate Alchemy, Creating a Love Conversion... In this Session, we are creating a Love Conversion! All the work you have done has moved you from desperate, needy, brokenhearted and angry, to understanding your capacity to take charge of your relationships by transmuting your energy. You are an Alchemist at heart, not a victim or damsel in distress Your Higher Self is Confident, Powerful and Courageous! It is time to remember what you know about turning pain into pleasure, turning base level emotions into thriving, life giving realities and actualize a higher level of Possibility, Probability and Passion. We are going to move up the spiral staircase to reach the oscillating consciousness of Light, residing just outside of time, because from this place you can instantly manifest your desires. Take charge of what you are attracting get on the Golden grid, the structure of the Universe and activate your inner High Priestess/Emperor so that you are no longer living a default love life but a thriving, expansive and co-creative one. 3 Extending a Pardon Healing an Unforgiving Spirit Ask: Where in my body is the un-forgiveness of this person located? For example: in the stomach... Get a sense of the un-forgiveness held in the stomach. Then ask the un-forgiveness: What do you want to say? Maybe it says that it wants to scream. Allow yourself to scream (out loud or silently) and release all of the emotions in your stomach around un-forgiveness. Scream for relief from the pain/hurt until you imagine that there is no longer any un-forgiveness present in that area. Next, Scan your body again and see where is there more un-forgiveness sitting? For example, in your throat. Ask the un-forgiveness in your throat what it wants to say. Start to release all of the emotions held in your throat by giving your un-forgiveness a voice Let it Fly, no holding back, let it go! Now bring in a positive emotion, like acceptance, peace, or compassion to the areas that held the un-forgiveness. With love and intention, state out loud, I am Free! I Let Go! I Forgive! Affirm: I Forgive you, I Forgive me, I set you Free, I let you Be!

4 Your Passion Pulse Igniting the Chakras In preparation for being magnetic as an attractive SoulMate we must raise our vibration to reflect the Passion to connect residing within. Imagine yourself as the High Priestess/Emperor... Visualize a golden spiral staircase before you. Take the spiral staircase up until you complete a full spiral, with each step, you are infused with heightened anticipation of meeting your Beloved. As you complete the spiral, notice a Golden door at the top of the stairs... Open the Golden Door. Step over the threshold and onto the Golden Grid... Notice an inviting Grand throne awaiting your arrival. Take a seat on your Grand High Priestess/Emperor throne and imagine the Golden Grid moving in and through your body, connecting at the Heart Convergence Point. Imagine that each of your 7 chakras has a Golden Star in it... starting from the base of your spine, to just below your belly button, at your stomach, at your heart, there is a Golden Star... Moving up to your throat, your 3rd eye and to the top of your head. Now move about 12 inches above your head and imagine a Gold Star in your 8th chakra. Activate the Golden Grid with your intention and imagine turning on a nob... feel/experience the flow of golden light energy moving into your body and spinning the Golden Stars within your chakras. As each chakra is activated and each star spinning, experience a pulse of Golden light moving from the base of your spine at the root chakra up to the top of your head. As the pulse of light flows upwards, it moves into the 8th chakra and begins to pulse the light back down the chakras, descending through the chakras, to the root chakra. Pulse the Golden energy through the Golden Stars 7x... Imagine the pulse getting stronger and more powerful with each passing through your chakras, igniting your Passion and letting it flow through your body. Remember to breathe as you go.
