17 Physical training is limited to just that the physical dimensions of life. Godliness, on the other hand, penetrates every aspect of life. Godliness affects everything: our view of self, marriage, parenting, business, civic responsibilities, environmental outlook, relationship with our next-door neighbors. 18 Orthorexia Nervosa It is characterized by a fixation or desire to eat only healthy foods, or to avoid entire food groups. Every person suffering with orthorexia has their own food preferences; foods they will eat and foods that they won t. Orthorexics feel isolated from or superior to people who may consume a food they themselves reject.

19 The most common form of orthorexia is an obsession with healthy foods, i.e. never eating foods that contain additives, and planning one s diet to the extreme to make sure that undesired foods and food groups are not consumed. Web MD

We saw last week that out of the overflow of the heart the mouth speaks (Matt. 12:34). In conduct - lives that are to be controlled by the Word of God. They profess to know God, but in works they deny Him, being abominable, disobedient, and disqualified for every good work (Titus 1:16).

28 In love (agape) Putting other people s interest above our own. Love is the Holy Spirit s action in our life, the evidence of our relationship with the God who rules. In faith - If Timothy trusts God to do what he has promised, he will be a great model of faith for the people in his care. In purity - The word purity suggests integrity in one s relationships with people of the opposite sex
