2 My extended greetings and honor, first and foremost, to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ; to the Resident Bishops, Suffragan Bishops, District Elders, Pastors, Delegates, and Guests of this great 77th Annual California District Council Conference! I feel the great move of God upon this conference, as we have all had significant and tremendous accomplishments, undertakings, and other momentous events to transpire since our last assembling. Once again our program and planning committees have secured skilled, knowledgeable, and professional facilitators for the scheduled events, geared towards meeting the needs of the various ministries that are structured for the upbuilding of the Kingdom of God. As we remain faithful to this area of ministry, let us continue to move forward, but not being remised to remember and hold memories of those precious warriors and pillars that have gone home with the Lord; we honor them for their labor and support sown into this great Council. Lady Crisette and I appreciate and thank you! Bishop Charles H. Ellis III Presiding Prelate Pentecostal Assemblies of the World, Inc P.O. Box Detroit, Michigan 48221
3 To the Honorable Diocesan Charles H. Ellis III, Executive Board Members, Council Officials and all Delegates; "Being confident of this very thing, that he who hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ." Philippians 1:6 Blessings, glory and honor to our Great God and Savior, The Lord Jesus Christ! And welcome and greetings to you as we embark upon a full week of unforgettable spiritual and natural experiences during our 77th Annual California District Council Conference in the blessed city of Torrance, California. It is indeed a pleasure to fellowship and grow together as we worship our Father in spirit and truth; participating in the fulfillment of His dream for us as we become one in Him. With this dream in mind, this year s conference has been tailored to celebrate our heritage, our promises, and our destiny in our magnificent God as we Embrace our Divine Appointment with an Anointed Expansion. Be it known by all and reflected in the record that, as your "Servant Chairman", it is certainly my desire that we reap the abundant benefits and blessings sure to be realized as we participate in the sessions, worship services, and activities, rejoice with the heavens as we take Holy Communion together on Thursday and prayerfully support those being ordained on Friday...all destined to edify and enhance our time together; allowing us to continue our pursuit of holy excellence in our homes, communities and churches. In closing, I encourage you to spend time reviewing this program and considering the many opportunities throughout this conference to further enhance your walk with our Lord; opportunities that will also enable you to continually share the love of Christ with others and drawing them until salvation for we all are looking forward to our Divine Appointment in Him! In pursuit of His favor, Suffragan Bishop Robert T. Douglas, Sr., Ph.D. Chairman, California District Council Pentecostal Assemblies of The World, Inc
