1 Mt Hebron War Manual Foreword Within the fourteenth chapter of the Book of Joshua, I find Caleb petitioning Joshua for Mt. Hebron after wandering in the desert for 40 years. The question that comes to mind is, Why did Caleb want this particular region of the Promised Land? Remember, Caleb was one of the original twelve spies that Moses sent into the Promised Land. In fact, Caleb and Joshua were the only two that brought a good report concerning the Land of Promise, making statements such as, Pastor LaRue Adkinson Copyright 2005 HRC Productions Let me go up at once and possess it; for I am well able to overcome it. Numbers 13:30 However, their tenacious faith was not enough to override God s judgement of the other ten spies, and all were forced to wander in the wilderness for 40 years. During this journey, Caleb had plenty of time to envision his descendants growing up in the land of Hebron, partaking of its fruits and establishing an inheritance for his future generations. In fact, Caleb never lost sight of that inheritance and remained full of faith, wavering not at the promises of God. The following account in Joshua provides a remarkable illustration of Caleb s faith when requesting this mountain for his descendants. Behold, the Lord hath kept me alive, as he said, these forty and five years, even since the Lord spake this word unto Moses, while the children of Israel wandered in the wilderness: and lo, I am this day fourscore and five years old. As yet I am as strong this day as I was in the day that Moses sent me: as my strength was then, even so is my strength now, for war, both to go out, and to come in. Now therefore give me this mountain, whereof the Lord spake in that day; for thou heardest in that day how the Anakims were there, and that the cities were great and fenced: if so be the Lord will be with me, then I shall be able to drive them out, as the Lord said. 2 Even at 85 years of age, Caleb remained steadfast in his faith. What was it about this mountain that caused him to hold fast for so many years? Mt. Hebron was no ordinary part of the Promised Land; it was the crème de la crème of the Promised Land. In fact, it was within this land that the spies originally carried out the massive clusters of grapes upon their shoulders, as well as the place where Abraham and Sarah retired in their old age. However, Hebron was also the most heavily guarded region of all the Promised Land, being inhabited by the giants of Anak. And they ascended by the south, and came unto Hebron; where Ahiman, Sheshai, and Talmai, the children of Anak, were. And they came unto the brook of Eshcol, and cut down from thence a branch with one cluster of grapes, and they bare it between two upon a staff; and they brought of the pomegranates, and of the figs. Numbers 13: It would certainly stand to reason that the devil would endeavor to fortify such a possession with these giants in order to strike fear and intimidation into the hearts of all who approached this region. This tactic worked on the majority of the original spies until the enemy s scheme was challenged by none other than Joshua and Caleb. They were of a different spirit than the others, for they were indelibly branded with the God kind of faith that could not be shaken. Mt. Hebron still stands today for every family in the body of Christ as the Promised Land of financial freedom. Although true, it is also for many a land that is inhabited by the giants of Anak, seeking to choke, collar and chain the financial destiny that God s Word has so abundantly provided for us. Mt. Hebron is the promised land of Generational Inheritance. Let us rise up this day and drive the inhabitants from our land. 3 Introductory Prayers Father I ask that You would bless me indeed this day, and enlarge my territory, and that Your hand would be with me, and that You would keep me from evil, that it may not grieve me. 4 Angelic Authority Bless the Lord, ye His angels that excel in strength, that do His commandments this day; hearkening unto the voice of His word. Bless ye the Lord, all ye His hosts; ye ministers of His, that do His pleasure. Psalms 103:20-21 Father in accordance with Matthew 26:50-53, I ask in the name of Jesus for the ministry of 72,000 angels for the assistance of establishing the Inheritance of Mt. Hebron. Father I ask for the release of warring angels, breakthrough angels, open heaven angels, angels of intercession and angels of prosperity and provision. Father I thank You that the angels of the Lord encamp around about me this day. For You give Your angels charge over my Mt. Hebron Inheritance. Psalms 34:7 & Psalms 91:11 For this day my enemies turn their backs and run. Exodus 23:27 Father I thank You for sending Your angels of provision before me this day. In the same manner that Elijah ran for forty days and forty nights, I am being fed with the same supernatural strength and provision of the angels. For You give power to the faint and to them that have no might You increase strength. For I mount upon wings as of eagles; for this day I shall run and not be weary, for I shall walk and not faint. I Kings 19:6-8 & Isaiah 40:31 Father I thank You that the angels of the Lord are offering the incense of heaven from the golden censer with those things that I have spoken and decreed this day. Revelation 8:5 Father I thank You for sending Your angels into the north, south, east and west; to bring forth and manifest all that I have spoken and decreed this day. Father I thank you for sending Your angel of promise before me this day, to keep me in the way and to bring me into the Promised Land of Mt. Hebron. For You are an Enemy to my enemies, and an Adversary unto my adversaries. 5 Spirit of Joshua & Caleb Father I ask for the spirit of Joshua and Caleb to rest upon me this day. For I am bold, I am strong and I am very courageous; for the Lord my God is with me. I go up at once this day to possess the promised Inheritance of Mt. Hebron, for I am well able to take this mountain. Joshua 1:9 & Numbers 13:30 Lion of Judah This day the Lord shall roar from my spirit, and the heavens and the earth shall shake; for the Lord is my Hope and my Strength. Joel 3:16 & Hosea 5:14 Father I thank You for sending the hornet before me this day to utterly drive out the kings of the land. For this day I possess lands for which I did not labor, cities and homes that I did not build and I freely eat of vineyards that I did not plant. Joshua 24:12 Father I thank You that my gates are opened continually day and night; they shall not at all be shut; that men may bring unto me the wealth of the nations. This day, the wealth of the nations flows into and out of my gates. Isaiah 60:11 Kingly Anointing David & Cyrus Father I thank You that the kingly anointing of David and Cyrus rests upon me to subdue kingdoms before You this day. For You go before me to loose the armor of the kings of mammon and open before me the gates of my enemies, and they shall not be shut. For You go before me this day, to make the crooked places straight, and to break in pieces the gates of brass, and to cut asunder the bars of iron. Isaiah 45:1-2 This day I am an inheritor of the treasures of the nations, the hidden riches of secret places and the covenant wealth of former generations. 6 Mountain Moving Confessions Father I thank You that You give unto me a mouth and wisdom, which none of my adversaries will be able to gainsay nor resist. Luke 21:15 Father I thank You that I am a new sharp threshing instrument having teeth: this day, I thresh the mountains and beat them small. For Thy Word is like a hammer that breaketh the rocks in pieces. Isaiah 41:15 & Jeremiah 23:29 This is the Word of the Lord unto me; saying not by might, nor by power, but by My Spirit, saith the Lord of Hosts. Who art thou, O great mountain? before this promise, purpose and destiny thou shalt become leveled ground: and I shall bring forth the headstone of victory shouting, Grace, grace unto the mountain. Zechariah 4:6-7 This day, I say unto the mountain of debt, poverty, lack, need and destruction; be thou removed and be cast into the sea; for I believe & possess those things that I have spoken and decreed this day, and they come to pass. Mark 11:23-24 Spiritual Warfare Father I thank You that all power and authority has been given unto me in heaven and earth through the name of Jesus. Whatsoever I bind on the earth this day is bound in heaven and whatsoever I loose on earth this day is loosed in heaven. Matthew 28:18, 16:19 Father I thank You that the high praises of God are in my mouth this day, and the two-edged sword in my hands; to execute vengeance upon the inhabitants of the land. This day I bind the kings of mammon in chains and the nobles in fetters of iron, and execute the judgement written. For Jesus has spoiled the principalities and powers of the land, having made a show of them openly, triumphing over them in it. Thanks be unto God, which always causeth me to triumph in Christ. For this honor have all the saints. Psalms 149:6-9, Colossians 2:15, II Corinthians 2:14 Blessed be the Lord my strength, which teaches my hands to war, and my fingers to fight this day: For You are my Goodness, and my Fortress; my High Tower, and my Deliverer; my Shield, and He in Whom I trust. Psalms 144:1-2 This day I smite the inhabitants of the land, and utterly destroy the strongholds of Anak therein. For I make no covenant, nor show them mercy. 7 I speak to the inhabitants of the land this day and I say Mt. Hebron belongs to me. For I am well able to take the land. I say your defense is parted from you. I say you are bread for me. Anak the Giants ~ Debt, Poverty, Lack To choke, to collar, to chain. Canaanite ~ Control, Manipulation To bend the knee, to humiliate, bring down low, into subjection, to subdue. Amalekites ~ Depression Weariness, sorrow, misery, depression. Hittites ~ Fear Fear, confusion, discouragement, intimidation, to beat down. Jebusites ~ Rejection To trample, despise, neglect, reject. Amorites ~ Pride A mountaineer, an elevated one, to speak against, to challenge. I speak to the inhabitants of the land this day, and I say your yoke of debt, poverty and lack has been broken off me, and your bonds have been burst asunder. For the Lord hath given commandment concerning thee, that no more of thy name shall be seen or sown again in my land. For God has made an utter end of your afflictions and you will not rise a second time. Nahum 1:8-14 Father I thank You that no financial weapon that is formed against me shall prosper this day. This is my heritage as a servant of the Lord. Isaiah 54:17 Father I thank You that I shall not be greatly moved, for You only are my Rock, my Salvation, and my Defense; for I shall not be moved at all. Psalms 62:2, 6 This day, I take authority over the generational curse of poverty, debt and lack and I break its dominion in Jesus name. For I have been redeemed and set free from the curse of poverty, and whom the Son sets free is free indeed. Galatians 3:13 & John 8:36 Though I walk in the flesh, I do not war after the flesh; for the weapons of my warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of the strongholds of debt, poverty and lack; casting down the imaginations of fear, failure and poverty mentalities; and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God. 8 Mt. Hebron Confessions Mt. Hebron is a land which the Lord my God careth for: for the eyes of the Lord are always upon it, from the beginning of every year even unto the end of every year. Deuteronomy 11:12 Father I thank You that You have opened unto me Your good treasure the Heavens this day, and that You are raining upon my land, and blessing all the works of my hands. For I am a lender unto the nations and I shall not borrow. I am the head and not the tail, above only and not beneath. Deuteronomy 28:12-13 This day I am blessed in the city, and blessed in the field. I am blessed coming in and blessed going out. Blessed are my baskets and my storehouses. For the Lord has commanded the generational blessing of Mt. Hebron upon my storehouses and everything I set my hands unto. Deuteronomy 28:3-8 Father I thank You that I leave a generational inheritance to my children s children (spiritual and natural). Proverbs 13:22 Father I thank You that I eat my bread without scarceness in the land of promise this day, and I lack absolutely nothing within it. For You maketh all grace to abound toward me, that I always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work. Deuteronomy 8:9 & II Corinthians 9:8 For the Lord has driven out the inhabitants of the sons of Anak from my land this day, and I lay hold of Mt. Hebron for my possession. Every place the soles of my feet tread upon this day is mine for an inheritance. Deuteronomy 11:23-24 The Promised Land of Mt. Hebron is an exceedingly good land that flows with milk and honey. For I fear not the sons of Anak, for they are bread for me this day; for their defense is parted from them. Numbers 14:7-9 This day the Lord is increasing me more and more, and my children. 9 Prosperity Through Inheritance What shall I say to these things? If God be for me, who can be against me? He that spared not His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not through Him freely give me all things? Romans 8:31-32 Father I thank You that every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from You, the Father of lights, with Whom there is no variableness, neither shadow of turning. For it is Your good pleasure to give me the Kingdom this day. James 1:17 & Luke 12:32 Father I thank You that You give unto me the nations for my inheritance and the utter most parts of the earth for my possession. Psalms 2:8 For the earth is the Lord s, and the fullness thereof. For the silver is Mine and the gold is Mine saith the Lord of Hosts. Psalms 24:1 & Haggai 2:8 Father I thank You that You have made me to have dominion over the works of Your hands this day. Psalms 8:6 Father I thank You that I leave an inheritance for my children s children: and I freely inherit the wealth of the sinner. Deuteronomy 6:10-11 & Joshua 24:12 Father I thank You that You give unto me that which is good in Your sight, wisdom, knowledge and joy, but to the sinner You give travail to gather together and heap for me that is good before You. Ecclesiastes 2:26 Though they heap up silver as the dust and prepare raiment as the clay, they may prepare it, but I the just shall put it on and the innocent shall divide the silver of the nations. Great is my portion in the silver of the nations. Job 27:16-17 Father I thank You that the same grace and unmerited favor that was bestowed upon the churches of Macedonia, is continuously abiding and abounding upon my life. For I know the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, that though He was rich, yet for my sake He became poor, that through His poverty I have been made rich. 10 Favor Confessions I am increasing in wisdom and stature and in favor with God and man. Luke 2:52 Father I thank You that You encompass me about with favor as a shield. Psalms 5:12 Father I thank You that Your favor has made my Generational Inheritance of Mt. Hebron to stand strong. Psalms 30:7 Father I thank You that You are the Glory of my strength and by Your favor alone shall my horn be exalted. Psalms 89:17 Prosperity Confessions Father I thank You that You giveth unto me power to get wealth this day, that I may establish Your covenant in the earth. Deuteronomy 8:18 Father I thank You that You give unto me riches and wealth and power to eat thereof. Ecclesiastes 5:18-19 I go down to the sea of humanity, and I do business in great waters. I see the works of the Lord, and His wonders in the deep. Psalms 107:23-24 Father I thank You that You teach me to profit and lead me in the way that I should go. Isaiah 48:17 Father I thank You that my Mt. Hebron inheritance is built upon the foundations of Your right hand and arm, the light of Your countenance and Your favor upon my life. Psalms 44:3 Father I thank You that You have granted unto me life and favor, and Your visitation has preserved my spirit. Job 10:12 Arise O Lord and have mercy upon me: for the set time of Your favor has come unto me. Psalms 102:13 Father I thank You that Your favor is upon me for life. Psalms 30:5 Father I thank You that You have brought me out into a wealthy place. Psalms 66:12 Father I thank You that there is peace within my walls, and prosperity in my palaces. 11 Storehouses Father I thank You that You command Your blessings upon my storehouses, and everything I set my hands unto. Deuteronomy 28:8 Father I thank You that You leadeth me into the paths of right decisions, and You maketh me to inherit substance and You filleth my treasures. Proverbs 8:21 Father I thank You that in my house, there is an abundance of treasure. Proverbs 15:6 Father I thank You that my storehouses are in such abundance that I leave an inheritance to my children s children. Proverbs 13:22 Father I thank you for the anointing of divine multiplication and supernatural increase upon my storehouses. I ask for my water to be turned into wine, my fishes and loaves to be multiplied and my businesses to overflow to the degree that I have not room enough to receive it. Father I thank You that according to my inheritance, I command, call forth and lay hold of a minimum of $ into my storehouses. (Family, Ministry and Business) Monthly Income Father I thank You that my gates are opened continually day and night, they shall not be shut; that men may bring unto me the wealth of the nations. Isaiah 60:11 Father I thank You that I am a priest of the Lord, and named a minister of my God; I am being fed with the treasures of the nations. Isaiah 61:6-7 Father I thank You that my eyes shine with joy and my heart is filled with thrill, for merchants from around the world are flowing unto me, bringing unto me the wealth of many lands. Isaiah 60:5 Father I thank You for extending peace unto me like a river, and the wealth of the nations like a flooding stream. Isaiah 66:12 I go down to the sea of humanity, and I do business in great waters. I see the works of the Lord, and His wonders in the deep. Psalms 107:23-24 Father I thank You that according to my inheritance, I command, call forth and lay hold of the minimum monthly income (MMI) of $. 12 Debts Father I thank You that I owe no man anything but to love him. For You maketh all grace to abound towards me that I always have all sufficiency in all things and abound in every good work. Romans 13:8 & II Corinthians 9:8 Father I thank You that I am a lender in the earth and I shall not borrow; I am the head, and not the tail, above only and not beneath. Deuteronomy 28:12 Father I thank You that You supply all of my needs according to Your riches in glory by Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19 Father I thank You that this is the year of Jubilee, the year of debt free inheritance. According to my debt free inheritance in Christ, I call myself free of the bondage and slavery of debt, poverty and lack, and whom the Son sets free, is free indeed. Luke 4:18-21, John 8:36 I speak to my short term and long term debts and I command the inhabitants of Anak to get off my mountain. Father I thank You that according to my inheritance, I command, call forth and lay hold of $ to pay my debts in full.
